I work at a video game retailer and the amount of elderly people we have come in buying Steam cards to send to someone "they know" is heart breaking. I watched an elderly woman break down in tears while she was in the store when we were able to prove to her that she was being scammed. I broke down too but we were able to save her from spending any further money. They go after elderly people who don't understand what the cards are or the ones who just lost someone and are lonely. They are legit MONSTERS. That's just one example. I have dozens.

I love your work! I recently had the opportunity to stop a Microsoft gift card scam in progress while shopping. I 'd just checked out and was preparing to leave the store when I heard the woman next in line ask the cashier where are the gift cards. I followed the lady and had a conversation with her. A lady passing by heard the conversation and joined in. Long story short, the woman who joined the conversation called the police, and together we stopped the scam and protected her computer and bank account. One more failed scamming transaction. Yay!

I just realize one thing. When we try to learn another language we are shy and awkward , what if we pronounce sentences wrong. I'll look stupid. RIGHT before Redeeming the gift cards, you should say that you're hearing aid fell out but you can still hear him. This will make it much more plausible
I love your work! I recently had the opportunity to stop a Microsoft gift card scam in progress while shopping. I 'd just checked out and was preparing to leave the store when I heard the woman next in line ask the cashier where are the gift cards. I followed the lady and had a conversation with her. A lady passing by heard the conversation and joined in. Long story short, the woman who joined the conversation called the police, and together we stopped the scam and protected her computer and bank account. One more failed scamming transaction. Yay!
