This is really insightful. Have been applying for top senior roles wth high salaries and most always say i did well in interview and i should apply for a more junior roles. I can see employers dont like to give visa sponsorship for a high salary job

@@DanielJesuloba like bank statement, Ielts, cos. Just need the complete list of documents you submitted for your application
@@laurendee796 When you apply you’ll need to provide:
1. your certificate of sponsorship reference number - your employer will give you this
2. proof of your knowledge of English
3. a valid passport or other document that shows your identity and nationality
4. your job title and annual salary
5. your job’s occupation code
6. the name of your employer and their sponsor licence number - this will be on your certificate of sponsorship

Daniel speak slowly when making your videos . I could barely understand what you are saying. Nice video overall, however, It all depends on one’s long term and short term goals. But obviously the skilled worker visa is more advisable for families with lots of dependents.
