With the optimization Apple does, 4GB is not that bad. However, I can't say it's as good as the 8GB or 12GB on Android phones... If the iPhone 13 Pro has 8GB of ram, combined with the A15 Bionic & 120hz, it will be the smoothest phone in the market.
