The water damage mark is red, so it must be why the phone isn’t turning on, but I’m actually surprised that you managed to make the phone work again with its original parts, some repair shops would return the phone as it is saying they can’t do anything, you are just a wholesome man that tries everything to get to what you want, 10/10.

Always install the seal before putting the display it will make sure the phone doesn't have dust or water entering
