Gold water color workes well, or I mix a little bit of cheap hairspray with gold powder pigment. You could also blot your paint and set it with translucent powder. :) beautiful journal layout and colors. Lovely seeing you!

Hey Vickie, thank you so much for your words 😊 honestly: at first I thought, I wouldn't keep up with a bujo too, since I also never used a single planner til the end. I think because bullet journaling looks like so much work and like something you should be consistent with the design, it seems like not doable, but if you just use it to your needs, you might eventually figure out, that you can keep up with it. It is really not about the artsy part, I guess just a lot of people like to do that... I might make a video on this, I could talk forever about that 😅🤔 And you're absolutely right: it's always a work in progress and I guess I'm also alright with not being perfect at it. I mean we don't live for an interior magazine, right? 😅
I think we can all agree that mistakes ARE inspiring. Nobody expects their journal or their year to be perfect. Thanks for putting yourself out there. WE NEED IT.

I'm making a bulletjournal/planer thing for my friend to help them with their struggles (hopefully) and i'm thinking about how to design the pages, give them more color and shapes without doing something that's too time consuming so your little abstract sketches really inspired me and i think i'm going to use these, so thank you!

Thanks, that's good to hear 😉 the page is also semi-helpful to me, it does not motivate me to do that stuff a lot, but I try to at least put the stuff in there, so I can tell myself "wow, I've done this thing, that others do weekly, at least once a month" 😂
I have also made the mistake of using acrylic in my journal. The paper withstood it really well, without bleeding or ghosting, but it totally sticks to the opposite page. I use gold watercolor now.
Yeah, that's a little bit frustrating but I guess the pages still open okay if you're a bit careful, at least that's the base with just some spots of paint 🤔 you live and you learn 😅 probably I'll get myself some gold watercolor too at some point 🤔😉

That way it's not bound by doing your laundry itself. And if you have less towels than underwear you won't run out of them. Cuz I have less towels then underwear.
