    I definitely have mobility issues. It is so hard for me to do overhead squats. This helps me A LOT!!! I start sweating after just the 3rd rep... oh well. Thank you so much!!!

    I don‘t think that‘s the issue. I think it‘s an shoulder mobility issue.

    Hi Ben! I really like your videos a lot! I’m just wondering if what your are saying with the OHS is more about the actual strength/mobility in the thoracic spine then stiffness in might say biceps and chest? I might have wrong but I feel like if you struggle to keep the arms straight it’s because of to stiff thoracic spine then biceps and chest. Just want to know your opinion about it :-)
