A very interesting take on 856 for zellersasn concept. 20 sec, granular effects, independent rec tracks, all pros for this pedal. Thanks for sharing this demo !!!
I’m still wrapping (and warping) my head around this one. How does it compares to the Habit and the Tensor? How can one use it creatively enough? This video is a huge help.
Habit is a delay, there is no fdbk in laps, it is capable of doing some incredible loops but the main difference is they can fade. Tensor has only 9 secs loop and only one track, you can manipulate direction, pitch and speed, laps seems to have a wider range of options to deal with.
I want this, except NOT a looper pedal. Just realtime playing through it, with three channels of glitchy nonsense. Kinda like the Fabrikat or Cloudy, except three channels. Yes, it's doable!!! ;) Oh, and a couple slots for Presets, and a Editor for PC. Let me know when it's ready. Thanks! :p
good pedal that could've been much better. abysmal rec time (20s). no soft replace/feedback. no midi whatsoever. varispeed only, no separate pitch/speed. no presets. not even an expression control. cheesy old 'analog' tape simulations. => everything (and much more) it does can be realised with, say, a Norns script + midi controller.
Where the hell is the color and cool graphics? Looks like this pedal maker maybe too narrow minded in not realizing that the look of the pedal is also very important in attracting buyers. I am one of those pedal guys that for a pedal to get on my pedal board it gotta look good or cool. No matter how good a pedal is if it dont look cool it aint getting on my pedalboard. That's just how my crazy brain is wired(and i know i am not the only one like this). I'll trade off on a little performance just to satisfy my aesthetics gravings. Take for example Walrus Audio's Sloer reverb pedal (black color because i wasn't feeling their blue color version) which was on my must buy list. Old Blood Noise Endeavors recently released their Dark Star stereo reverb and i like the look of the blue one so much that i took Walrus audio Sloer off my list. It was off my list until Walrus audio released the Sloer in this lovely Lavender color, lol. Since the 2024 lavender color Sloer was in stock i ordered it. Ordered the Dark star also which is backordered.
I can’t tell if this is satire. Are we all like this? Is my whole life satire? Great, now I’m going to spend my Sunday having an existential crisis over a TH-cam comment about a pedal’s cosmetic appeal.
@@simongoetz4468 top comment. It's genuinely difficult to tell these days! This company usually make plugins, this is the first pedal I've seen them do but it's strange because I have a few of their plugins, and those have quite cool comic style UIs. I don't give a toss how it looks if it sounds good though.
do you like to manipulate sound or look at shit? looking cool is fine but if it's the sole determining factor maybe you should pursue visual arts, as opposed to the art of lame commenting in which you seem fully immersed
thank you for explaining all this through an inter-continental landline. I love this style ☺ great video 🩵
whoa. its like a 'count to 5' but more interesting
more puremagnetik pedals!

Similar to the 856 for Zellersassn but simpler and some other cool effects.
I’ve got the 856 and really like it but I may need to look into this 🧐

@ best sum up I could’ve dream of. Cheers!
terrific!!
Steve Reich in a pedal! Phase looping!
Some bits reminded me of William Basinksi as well. I feel in love with the pedal, trance inducing.
Pretty awesome looking pedal.. Great demo!!

I think it looks great, the color and graphics fit the pedal

Pedal collectors and musicians think differently
