Captain Sandy was horrible season 3. She rewarded douchebagery by enabling the incompetency of Kasey Cohen and psychopathic behavior of the mysogenic pig aka Joao... I totally lost respect for her...
Captain Sandy needs her own show, she is such a good role model for such an unknown industry!

Captain Sandy is a fantastic role model lovely person great work ethic I didn't think Below Deck would be the same without Captain Lee but it worked out just fine! #SorryNotSorry
I also liked the captain from the first season of Below Deck: Mediterranean. He was the most chill out of the 3 captains but everything seemed to work out on that season. I forget his name, though...sorry!

I hope to have a boss like Captain Sandy. She's very hands on and patient which is amazing. Lee wasn't so much. Captain Mark is very forgettable. I think he was really quiet and doesn't stand out from the rest.
JK Employee what I loved most about Captain Sandy was it didn't feel like she was just their boss but also their instructor it was important to her that they learned from her she was much more open and a lot less superior, the other captains made their rank almost like a divide where the two never came together with whoever was in the rank below to show them the ropes no pun intended! I'd imagine it would be near impossible to leave either of these two captains with any further knowledge than they came with I'd be disappointed to be paired with either in comparison now I've seen the way Captain Sandy works because a lot of what you need to become the captain comes from hands on experience what rank are you currently working on the yacht you are stationed on?
Anthony M. Hall looks super hot older! He got better with age!

I think it's bad because it's misleading. You see a recent comment and it's a +1 and you at first think someone else agrees with the comment. But then you might wonder if maybe the person who made the comment "liked" it. It's both TH-cam's fault for allowing it and people's fault for exploiting it.
