- Visit to Barcelona in June 2019 via Madrid, Toledo. Zaragoza and Figueres.
Note the outstanding Dalí museum in Figueres and the heritage sites by Gaudi in Barcelona- Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia. Catalonia square, Las Ramblas and Castle Montjuic also feature. Unfortunately we lost footage of Camp Nou which was one of the highlights of the trip. Marco’s Barça wear is all we have of that memorable visit.
Toledo’s 12th century cobblestoned paths and Zaragoza’s Basilica de Nuestra Senora Del Pilar, the first ever church dedicated to the Virgin Mary in the 1st it 2nd century AD were spectacular.
