Something has to give. If you strengthen the rear to a point of no collapse in the trunk, then the structure of the car will bend at a further point. That’s no good.
annoying thing is that wheels repairable we've repaired wheels worse than this at work but we are in the uk. man this sucks! best of luck with the rebuild
