    Is grit a must?

Thanks for asking! If your flock free ranges, they typically find natural grit like rocks and sand suitable in helping their digestion. However, soil types and environments differ, so it's best to provide grit as a free choice for your flock.

We also supplement with a calcium source like oyster shell to help make strong birds and egg shells

What type of chicken is Danna? And was she a yellow chick? She looks like my Rosetta, and I have no idea what she is.

Thank you for asking! Danna is a Golden Buff and she was a yellow chick.
