Nordstrom Rack is not nearly as good as it used to be 5 years ago.. They have better clothing and shoes ONLINE now than they do in-store.
I found a bottle of Amouage Reflection Man at a Saks On Fifth Off 5th…. Which is their version of a rack store… prices Aren’t as discounted but they tend to have some solid designers and niche that aren’t in more regular rack stores…
Reflection Man was missing its box and cap… got it for $90….
And…. I swear I went back a week later and found the cap… it looked like they cleaned up fragrance area and set it off to the side of the shelf…
I explained the situation and they let me take the cap after confirming it didn’t belong to any existing fragrance they had…

Looks like you’re visiting Cleveland lol.. I live in Columbus and go to saks in Cleveland because they have a better selection of fragrances. Columbus doesn’t carry initio, Xerjoff, Mancera, Montale.. recently getting rid of killian. But if you’re looking for bond, mfk, or PDM .. slightly disappointed that neither saks carry amouage or Nishane tho.
Saks in Cleveland has been expanding and hopefully will add Amouage and Nishane in the future which would be awesome! Any shopping spots in Columbus you’d recommend?

Will definitely test the Le Gemme collection more next time I go and pick up Tygar. Gyan sounds amazing since I’m a patchouli lover!
GFS is a good choice. Easy to go noseblind to it. My favorite MFK’s are definitely BR540 and Oud Satin Mood. Grand Soir is good but to me it needs some smokiness or something animalic, it’s too pure of a Amber.
Loving GFS, currently my SOTD! Will eventually get Oud Satin Mood just kinda tired of Rose/Ouds. Agree, Grand Soir is a very simplistic Amber but done extremely well!

I’d like to hear your opinion on Gentle Fluidity Gold.
I think I remember it being slightly more feminine compared to Silver but will have to actually test it further!
Glad you said there is an upcoming price increase on Mfk. I had no clue about it. I was looking at picking up something from them this week. I recently picked up Initio Parfums Rehab and really like it.

Bvlgari tygar is so good. I got a 10ml decant I’m almost through. I got a 50ml bottle Black panther on the I’m going to try. I really love that dna.

Black Panther nails the Tygar scent profile perfectly which is why I have yet to pull the trigger on Tygar.

I like Watching these plus I am on a no buy purge I got 61 bottles and had some for years and barely put a dent in it and I love them so I got to use some up before i buy again so these videos is like me walking in and buying something if that makes any sense man I have 5 on my which list I think I will knock out blinding light by blackcliff next off the list soon hopefully .

Gentle fluidity Silver is great. it smells 'watery' to me and airy.
Tygar is awesome too. Don't you also have the DUA version of that one?
GFS is so good and yes I have DUA Enter the Tiger which is holding me over until I get bottle of Tygar!

Rack stores have been brutal lately…
Some guys seem to do ok finding some decent stuff… But all of the stores within a 20mi radius have been junk for the most part…
Burlington has been the only one with some ok stuff…
Yeah, Burlington seems to have the best selection of fragrances compared to its competitors as of lately.
Racks have a much better selection ONLINE now. 5-10 years the stores has great stuff but now most of the best stuff(clothing and shoes) is online.

Glad you’re enjoying the vlogs brother! I don’t know of any discounter that currently has GFS and if you do find MFK their not “heavily” discounted like other brands. But agree GFS is a banger for the summer!

Noodles over rice…. The rice is usually dried out..
I love orange chicken… I like the bourbon too… but sometimes it’s a bit to fatty.. gotta really pick through it to get just the meat…

Very few fragrances have enough performance to do much of anything with 2-4 sprays.. past the 1 hour mark..
I really enjoy Tumi Continuum… I got it at the end of last Summer and wore the shit outta it over the Fall and Winter… Which I’m already ready for… After July I’m doe with hot weather..
Bring on the Michigan Fall and Winter seasons.. I’m done with warm weather scents and want to bust out my darker stuff…. Oh, and deer season… always ready for another deer season..
People think I’m crazy for spraying more than 5… But totally agree nobody is going to smell you with anything less than 5 which makes wearing fragrance pointless.
Tumi Continuum is a cold weather banger! Can’t wait for fall since it’s my favorite season for fragrance!
Dragonfruit is largely odorless and flavorless.
I eat dragon fruit quite a few times a month and it's sweet so it does have a flavor
Makes sense if it has a very subtle aroma.
