I recently grabbed dior homme parfum from fragrancebuy. Love it. Very good juice. I got my eye on the argos next. I want another tobacco fragrance in my collection.
I sampled French Defense for the first time recently and my mind was blown! I don't own anything from Mind Games yet but when I do, I know what my first purchase will be.
I love Argos Fragrances! I got the sample pack a few weeks ago and tried them and bought the one I liked the best, which was Bacio Immortale! I didn't know it was pretty much just like Tom Ford Tuscan Leather at that point, but I've tried that since then and they seem identical to me. I love the sweet, tart raspberry note, with the oud and leather and pink peppercorn is really nice. I just got a 100 ml bottle of Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade the other day too, and it's kinda similar to Bacio Immortale too.

People trash Aventus, but it's also near the top of my list, always. Nishane FYF and Argos TOB are on my 'to smell' list. I can't wear DHP at the moment (summer), but I gotta snort that bottle right now to remind me of cooler nights. Nice list.
TABAC ROSE and LYRIC MAN are my favorite rose fragrances
I got triumph of baccus as a 10 ml decent and I’m glad I did on first smell and wear I didn’t like it. I’m just not a fan of tobacco. After letting it sit for about 6 months that tobacco isn’t forward anymore and instead it takes a side seat to cinnamon which makes it a much better scent in my opinion. I plan on giving it another wear in the cooler months

I'd encourage you to get your nose on guerlain vanilla planifolia extrait 21 and dior vanilla diorama if you haven't already. Both when it comes to vanilla fragrances are the absolute best. Guerlain vanilla planifolia is better than Dior vanilla diorama but its also 600 plus dollars for a bottle so it should be lol but man the best vanilla fragrances you will ever get the pleasure of smelling
U get Tobacco from ToB? I get some as like a background cast, supporting the peach and booze in the frag on my skin. Loves the sample so much I bought the Extrait. I love most of the frags on ur list. But I just can't jive with Vanilla Oud. Wore out a 5m decant and the late dry dowm was incredible. But the majority of it's life was really animalistic on my skin. I don't know why, but even the weaker ouds come alive on my skin. Maybe I just got that Dawg in me 😂

Is that the Extrait version of Triumph of Bacchus? I've only tried the EDP so far in the sample pack. Is the stronger version worth the higher price? Also have you tried Nemean Lion yet? It's always sold out, but they recently had it in stock again. I think it's the only Argos fragrance that I haven't tried.
I have the edp.. never smelled the Extrait. I haven’t smelled nemean lion just yet.
I call Layton Exclusif "Bossman" because it just makes you smell like a boss.. Creed Royal Oud is the same way.
He aint lying about French defense, stuff is legit, a manly cherry fragrance and juicy cherry projection. It is great
and lasts on clothes for days and skin 9 plus hours for me.
Just curious would you say really expensive fragrances absolutely have to be long lasting and great sillage or is quality of the smell alone enough to justify price in your opinion??? My opinion is for a fragrance to be great it has to have longevity but I am curious to know your opinion
Blending quality, note selection/note composition and artistry are what make a great fragrance imo. Longevity and performance are secondary, if not tertiary, in my book.

Love chanel blue parfum it is the best in the line. Love layton now. I'm going to try layton exclusif again this winter. I love the original pegasus. I love how fresh it is with that vanilla. Pegasus Exclusif is good too. People will bitch about anything and lie like hell and rate and put a review on a fragrance they never smelt or have lol
If you love cherry fragrances you really need to try Clive Christian Jump Up And Kiss Me Hedonistic! Trust me bro, It may give French defense a run for its money.
