We didnt see Evolved Godzilla pulse like he did against Ghidora (probably cause that would cook Kong aswell) but that makes it seem like a much weaker form

The real Godzilla is a big, radioactive, scary monster as seen in the original, most of the heisei films, a few millennium films, and minus one. He is not meant to be a large, ancient monarch lizard. I mean that he is the king of the monsters, but not so literally.

His evolved form looks like a similar shape to Mechagodzilla, he has a slimmer body, longer arms, and even his tail is more dangerous like Mechagodzilla. So I believe he is evolving to be similar to his more powerful foes to match another enemy's power.
This might be a "controversial" take, but I don't think that the increase in energy output is the primary reason behind the evolved form. With the physical changes Godzilla adopts a more "hands on" melee style of fighting from the increased mobility and speed. Maybe it's a way to show how he learned from the fights with Kong and others that lumbering around has its limitations in battle.
I think his body will stay same just with little more belly fat so he doesn't look like hes starving and for the magenta glow,i think its gonna be like kaioken where he is blue in base and magenta as a powerup

Especially considering how, in the form’s titular game, they needed to put some of King Ghidorah’s DNA in Godzilla, in order to give him a fighting chance against the final boss Bagan. The Evolved form, or as I call it “Star-Eater” (*considering the hefty amounts of electromagnetic energy he absorbed from solar winds*), did something similar, but with Tiamat’s DNA. Which begs the question as to whether or not Godzilla absorbed KG’s DNA, at some point. (*Remember that central head that got obliterated at the end of KotM?😉-😉*)

His evolved form looks like a similar shape to Mechagodzilla, he has a slimmer body, longer arms, and even his tail is more dangerous like Mechagodzilla. So I believe he is evolving to be similar to his more powerful foes to match another enemy's power.
This might be a "controversial" take, but I don't think that the increase in energy output is the primary reason behind the evolved form. With the physical changes Godzilla adopts a more "hands on" melee style of fighting from the increased mobility and speed. Maybe it's a way to show how he learned from the fights with Kong and others that lumbering around has its limitations in battle.

I think his body will stay same just with little more belly fat so he doesn't look like hes starving and for the magenta glow,i think its gonna be like kaioken where he is blue in base and magenta as a powerup

He evolves according to the threats, if the enemy is big and heavy then he would bulk up.

I’m just hoping this somehow leads to us finally getting the movie debut of the Super Godzilla form.
Especially considering how, in the form’s titular game, they needed to put some of King Ghidorah’s DNA in Godzilla, in order to give him a fighting chance against the final boss Bagan.
The Evolved form, or as I call it “Star-Eater” (*considering the hefty amounts of electromagnetic energy he absorbed from solar winds*), did something similar, but with Tiamat’s DNA. Which begs the question as to whether or not Godzilla absorbed KG’s DNA, at some point. (*Remember that central head that got obliterated at the end of KotM?😉-😉*)
Personally, I don't think the pink design is terrible, but it would get old very quickly if he stays in his evolved form in the next movie
How exactly would it get old ? That doesn't really make sense considering how he has looked for the past 3 movies.

It apparently is, the Physical portion that is (though it is still subject to change depending on what the writers decide to do.) Because we can see in the ending as Gojira lays flat on the Colosseum where we can still see his evolved (pink) dorsal plates.
