    Jayson calls a foul on himself. Just shows you that the made-for-tv Mosconi Cup bad guy act is just that. Jayson is a class act.

    Nothing new , half the people at the front spectator tables are texting , waving their arms , looking around every 3 seconds for something , 2 great players and all the interest is somewhere else. They could do that from the back row and never miss anything, makes me want to puke

    I think Dr Dave had this match as one of the examples on his recent video on how to make the nine on the break

    • @rogerscottcathey
      @rogerscottcathey ปีที่แล้ว

      Man, if your break isn't working out and your opponent's breaks are, why wouldn't you copy that? Maybe you're playing an opposite handed player, but that shouldn't stop one. Adjust. (Edit: which Billy did, but too late) No point being stubborn or sticking with what works at home. And what's with no one taking intentionals and tying up balls. Yes ball in hand, but it can throw the opponent off a little and that can be a useful edge. Better than trying a complex or hopeless kick and they're either going to have ball in hand or an easy run out. If it's hopeless, do the unusual. And if you have an easy shot but position sucks to run on or out, find a safety and slow it down. I must say Billy chose more than once to kick in the wrong direction. That time he chose a three rail when a straight up and back at the object ball which would have left a harder run out was baffling to me.

    • @AccuStats
      @AccuStats  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As long as the player is "addressing" the cue ball, it is not a foul when the timer goes to 00. If the player gets off the shot or starts looking around, then it's a foul.

    ●●● Here's the perfect example as to why I don't "like" the "template" rack.
    Pay attention to the 9-ball on the opening rack.
    After the break, it's headed for the side cushion. It contacts the template, and it reverses direction.
    To me, that's like saying, "Hey! It's OK if you leave a cube of chalk (or some other object) on the table, for balls to run into."
