have had a 2013 S Coupe since day 1 and still drive it at as my daily driver and yea.. ZERO REGRETS!! its a MINI in coupe form... best of both worlds ;)

I can't wait to get rid of my chrome. I just got an R58 about a week ago. I'm gonna get the replacement pieces. I've plastidipped before and did it all over my R53 and I don't feel like messing with it.
+Jon Parker I agree with you 100%. Buying the actual trim is the way to go.
On second thought, I'm broke for the foreseeable future, so maybe I'll plastidip them afterall. Were the pieces easy to remove and put back on?
The pieces themselves are just held on by a few clips but just be careful not to break them. I used a trim removal kit I found laying around in the garage. The rears are much easier to get off than the front, they just make a terrible noise when trying to get them off. You could even plasti dip them on the car just make sure you use enough coats that it makes it easily peelable. I recommend 5 at least to do it right. If you don't like it, it's always reversible.
I don't like the back of the car or the dash but its still a great car . Congratulations man ! I'm buying a BMW 535i and its currently being shipped over to where i live . Should be here in January
What is that Mini Connected snap-in? Could you please let me know the total set-up. I checked in a nearby Mini dealer and was informed that 2013 cooper S is not compatible with iPods and AUX is the only way to play music. I am not able to fully enjoy the harmon kardons with Aux.

Hey, I just saw you video and was wondering if that lightning cable converter you had for your iPhone still gives you the access to A/V and all MINI Connected features or not? If not, would you happen to know the alternative?
Yep! The converter does nothing to hinder the capability of the cable
