Hi mate hope Fred is still running well. Can I ask, what sort of speeds can you get out of that particular bike. I've seen a number of different reviews ranging from 55-62. Is that about right?
Sam K hiya. Aye he’s doing ok. Just had his first service. Apparently steering head bearings need replacing. It’s under warranty so it’s done for free. The Chinese factory skimps on grease it would seem. On the subject of top speed, I’ve got my own back box on, side panniers and all associated rear crash bars have been removed. So a lot less weight. I’ve also got an after market screen but whether this helps is open to debate. Also I have Avon road rider tyres on the bike. 68 is my top, tucked as much as possible, slight downhill on a long dual carriageway. It’ll hold 60 no problem, uphill about 55-58 if not too steep. I reckon if you took the front crash bars off and all panniers etc you could hit 70, but that would be thrashing the balls off of it. Great bike to learn the basics on or a cheap commuter. A lighter exhaust system would maybe help as the after market ones boost it by a couple of HP.
Now that, was a bloody comprehensive response and has pretty much solidified me choosing this bike over another. I think for the price it's a great bike. You're right about the aftermarket exhaust, I will look into getting something else fitted to boost HP. Thank you so much for actually bothering to reply mate. Sam K cheers mate. If Sinnis could find a way to get it to max 125 hp, I don’t think they could build them fast enough. Look after it and it’ll go on for quite some time, or until you trade up.

Bro where did you get this wind shield from?
Motorcycle parts warehouse. I think it looks great but I’m not so sure about the wind blast at higher speeds.
