I take hot showers and then when I’m done I turn it cold for about 2 minutes before I get out. It’s amazing for mental and emotional health. It helps regulate and balance me out.

My hot water heater went out last year and I heated my water up on the stove top so I could take a hot bath. No cold bath for me if there is a source of heat to heat the water up.

I take showers in the AM and baths if it’s at night. If I’m taking a shower I switch it half and half I do warm first then I move it to hot then halfway through I make it cold to like shock me and wake me up and even then it’s only for like 5 minutes lol but if it’s about stress I’m taking me a bubble bath for that lol I can’t relieve stress standing up just something about standing don’t help lol
