It's necessary to have at least another person, I mean, I prefer just one other person. And, as I use it, I politely ask if anybody's there to make sure we have some sort of entity with us. We ask questions, some of them are extremely chatty and wish to keep our attention by telling us all sorts of stories about people we may know. Do we, my particular friend and I who work this, take this as being the gospel truth, well, no, but it's interesting.
At the end of the session, two things can happen, sometimes you're in the middle of a big conversation and then suddenly, it stops, they've gone, just gone mid-sentence and you know they've gone, it's a distinct feeling, they've gone. Other times, our hands are getting tired so we say, again, very politely, well thank you ever so much and we take our hands off. So, there are two ways of starting, and two ways of finishing. When you're in the middle of a sentence and they go, well, I'm not saying everyone would recognize that but it's totally different, I mean just gone, the energy's finished, gone.
Make sure you say goodbye...it's only a gesture seen as polite. Ethics and etiquette are very important when dealing with the super natural (just my opinion, truly).

Ok as a green Wiccan and someone who practices the craft I see some very rude, closed minded, and misinformed comments on this video. The Ouija board can be dangerous if not used properly. It is a tool for communication and should be respected. There are ways to protect yourself and to try to prevent anything negative from coming through. Also the board requires you to have an open mind and if you use one and think it will not work, it won't. There is no reason that anyone should be posting rude comments because being negative like that alone will attractive negative right back to you. It's known as the law of attraction, what you put out you get back. If you don't like a video just click off. You don't need to be rude about the whole thing. It does get annoying when everyone is so misinformed thinking the board is evil when it's not. It's just a tool and you bring through what you put out. Don't let other people define your thoughts, come to your own conclusions rather than the conclusions of other people. I hope the Goddess and God can lead you all into light, Blessed be~
I have a Ouija board and always get positive messages. As you say it's to be treated with respect. It's not a game or something to fool around with. Those who do will attract negative energies. I always ask the spirits if they wish to communicate they can use my energy to help them. I also ask if they need any help. The spirits I have contacted said they don't need any help and that they are happy where they are in the spiritual realm. I always thank them for the communication when closing the board. I say we can speak again through the board but we have to say goodbye for now. Then I push the pointer to Goodbye. Never had any problems with the board or the spirits.

subscriptnevada if you do a little research the concept of the board is older than hasbro. It’s a tool used for communication in many spiritual practices. The board works 50/50. Half the user and half the spirit.

They have frequency. Lithium comes from serpentine crystals and some other crystals. Look up synchronicities. I have these often. Light a candle for someone's birthday. Do it with intension. Pick the color of the candle. Give a blessing. Watch what happens. I did this for my granddaughter. She thought we set it up that her friend from another city would be walking into the same store we were walking in. She said she wished she would see her on her birthday. I asked that she gets what she wants. I could go on and on about how many synchronicities I have Ouija boards are tools. They are not evil.

How to make it work
Always thank them for communicating and say Goodbye. Move the pointer to Goodbye as well when you end the session.
@@Abdul-ss2nu Be patient. It can take time. It's sometimes difficult for the spirits to connect. Speak to them politely and wait until they reply. If you get no response close the board and try another time. They may not be able to get through at that time. Keep trying until they want to speak.

If you treat the board and the spirits that communicate through it with respect you won't get any problems. If you use one to fool around with that is when you will get problems.
