This video really helped me because I take almost 45 minutes choosing my outfit and having a schedule helped me because school starts at 7:45 and I leave at 7:15. Also this video was great because almost every girl is That girl but the non smart version like fail every test. But either way I’ll have to get good grades or no extracurricular’s. Sadly I can’t do school activities because I’m short and I can’t get into basketball and my school doesn’t have track( the sport I do) but I’m thinking of doing soccer or cheer but those start second semester and school hasn’t even started yet but this video helped a lot so thank you.

Thank you!!! I know i'm not going to school in like 5 months, but i'm going to attend a new school. I want to change things up next school year, since i've been excluded and bullied(during one certain time period) ever since i was in daycare, so i want to be able to finally not be treated like i murdered someone's pet right before their horror-filled eyes. I've always been very kind and thoughtful(atleast that's how others describe me), held up the door for classmates, been intelligent, and been fairly physically attractive, but that still hasn't ever been enough to make the peers i've had like me, probably because of my autism and my reserved personality, people usually thought of me as boring but sweet. At my current school, i ruined my reputation because of stimming, communication incorrections(i was mean to be funny, because i thought neurotypicals did that, which they do, but apparently i was somehow doing it the wrong way lmao) and a friend abandonding me(which amplified my abandonment issues by like 100× like wtf) and starting to gossip about me(AND NOW SHE TALKS TO ME LIKE WE'RE FRIENDS, LIKE NO GURL). I wanna try to have a more fulfilling time in school, despite my neurodiversity, i'm not even sure about if i'm getting in, but my dad's using the fact that he's a teacher there to get me in(even though he's against it, ig i'm a nepotism baby now.)

i should try planning out my day because now my exams are over so i’m literally so unproductive 😭 also for studying, what techniques do you recommend? :)
I recommend the Pomodoro technique,like something like studying 25 minutes and have a 5 minutes break etc.
another tip:I didn’t use this yet but turn on some white noise and later turn it off after 10-15 minutes.youll notice how quiet it is and you’ll be able to concentrate!
