This channel deserves more subs..but that said I can see myself checking back in a years time to find you've grown exponentially 🎉 never give up, you'll get there! Thanks for your review and tour
The first time we stayed for three nights and they offered the upgrade at $123/night. The second time we stayed for 5 nights but didn’t upgrade, but was offered at $149/night in addition to the nightly room rate already paid. Keep in mind that these room types sell out very fast and the availability depends on how full they are. Hope this answered your question.
I am a member of palace resorts, and the beach from sunrise to grand was prestine all 4 times i was there! You must have been there at the wrong time both times. I agree with all your other coments, but that. It is a wonderful resort. By the way a if you go and see a cat they don't respond to kitty but you have to talk spanish to them (Gato) funny!
We go to the Grand often. We’ll usually go to the Cancun location for a day out of our week. Aside from the much nicer beach, it has a real cool rooftop pool/bar. Your wristbands are still good. You can also go to the Playa Del Carmen location for a day trip
@Silvia Hoard not sure what you asking. Are you asking where we went for the blue water beach? That’s The Beach Palace resort, which is their sister property.
If you’re staying at The Grand at Moon Palace is included. If you’re staying at Moon Palace or NIZUC it’s $100/day per person to access the amenities at the Grand.
Was that the best place in cancoon for ur kids??my kids are 6 and 8 we went to planet Hollywood last year…beach looked disappointing..how far was ride to moon palaces nicer beach??u took golf cart??
We have been to Cancun many times and we can attest that this is the best hotel for kids and adults alike. It provides so much for all ages from food, entertainment, and amusement park. Golf cart taxis are available to all guests, but is like a bus service for the resort. Private golf carts are for members only. As for the nicer beach, it’s a 30 minute drive or bus ride. The hotel provides a bus service between the two hotels.

No test was required. We only went there for a day. Also, no test is required for Mexico (unless that has recently changed). The negative test is only to return to the US. Also, keep in mind that only guests staying at the Grand have access to other properties free of charge.
Thank you for your comment. There are few things that I can speak of that differ between the two places. If you’re staying at the grand, you have access to all amenities at the Grand, The moon palace, and the NIZUC. This includes pool, restaurants, and more. In addition, you have access to the Beach Palace in Cancun Hotel Zone for the nice beautiful white sand beach. If you’re staying at the Moon Palace you only have access to the moon palace unless you have a member status that grants you access. If you don’t have special membership, you will need to pay $150/adult and $100/kid per day to access the amenities at the grand. The Grand has the water park for the kids and they have this new kids only restaurant. These are just the few things that are different based on what I know. Hopefully this helps you.
They dont offer free shuttle. It depends on the rate and offer from your purchase. One of the vouchers that we had included transportation from the airport to the hotel. However, it did not include the return to the airport.
Hi, Not sure I fully understand the question. However, the rental car companies are in the airport. Also, the hotel can provide transportation, but at a cost. As for water, water bottles are available throughout and upon request.
I believe it was $50 for a family of 4 and it includes drinks. If you have resort credit you can apply it towards that. We only got resort credit because of promotion. Usually you only get a resort credit if you attend one of their membership presentations.
@@ThePanzoAdventures When we went a few years ago, 7 nights got you $1500 in credits. Bowling was $8. I had to chuckle when you said $50 including drinks. It’s all inclusive lol
Transportation around that area is costly. However, if you would like to be in the zone where clubs are located, I would check out their sister resort properties around that area such as the Beach at moon palace. This way, you can avoid the transportation fees as everything will be within walking proximity.
I enjoyed this review! I feel confident now and will book this hotel. Thank you for all of the details.
Thank you so much for this. Hope you enjoy your time there.
Thanks for the honest review it looks amazing. I'm looking forward to my trip their at that Resort in August 2022 👏👏
That’s wonderful to hear. Hope you enjoy your time in Cancun and at the resort.
Thanks for your honest review. I am heading there for the first time in November
November is the best time to go as there are less people at the resort.
How was it ? Did it meet or exceed your expectations in terms of service, pools, food ?
I’m planning to go back when my baby turns 3 or 4. Definitely love this one.
It’s definitely a place that will keep you coming back for more. Hope you enjoy your next time there.

I love a honest review!...thank you for this😁
Wonderful review. We will be there on our 2nd stay in July
Hopefully you enjoy it and create lots of memories. It’s our favorite resort in Cancun so far.
Great review! We go for our first time in September.
Thank you! I’m sure that’s going to be a great trip.
This hotel is amazing!!!. I love it.
We love it too
Great review! Do you mind sharing how much you paid for the room upgrade? How long did you stay?

For two rooms for our family of 6 it is $1200 a night.
That room is pretty sick!
Great review. Thank you for sharing.

What month did u go???
I'll be there for 1 FULL week in June 2023! 2 days at the Nickelodeon Resort and 7 days at the Grand! The kids can't complain! lol
Wow. Enjoy it.
love it man ..nice family
Thank you so much!
Were you using an all inclusive resort package for food or where you paying each time you went to a restaurant?
It’s an all inclusive resort. One price for room, food, and drinks, with exception to premium food and drinks and activities.
We go to the Grand often.

@Silvia Hoard not sure what you asking. Are you asking where we went for the blue water beach? That’s The Beach Palace resort, which is their sister property.
@Silvia Hoard Its called Beach Palace resort. Its in the hotel zone which is known for having a nice blue water beach
Is the water park included or is it an extra charge?

Nice review. Do they offer airport transfer?
They do, but for a fee. Also, depending on your rate, it maybe included. Just verify with the hotel or booking agent.
Thank you for your review
My pleasure!
How long did it take to drive to the Beach Palace?
It’s only about 25 minutes away from the resort.
When you all got there at the Beach Palace hotel to enjoy their clear beach area, did you all have COVID-19 antigen test again?
No test was required. We only went there for a day. Also, no test is required for Mexico (unless that has recently changed). The negative test is only to return to the US.

Is there a difference between the moon palace and the grand moon palace

Renting a car can be picked up from airport? Did the hotel offer water filtration?

Nice
How much was the bowling? They don't have resort credits now unless you are a member. Curious as to how much they charge for regular peasants LOL
