Cool place to hunt! Sweet score on YL dime and silver ring! Great spots for rings with people pulling gloves off in winter to clean snow out after they wipe out! Lots of clad too there! Not unusual for modern pennies. I’ve had solid low 30’s come up like that! Most times it’s low 30’s-high 20’s. I find that happens more in the drier seasons. Hit a school field with hill and just went clad shooting in 40khz. Lots of clad, especially older nickel type at the base of it and a couple very unexpected surprises! ATB and happy hunting!

Yes they are! Love toboggan hills… they have such a nice mix of new and old. Ground is so wet there I doubt it ever dries up.
Sounds like a groundwater seepage area. Often get them at the base of big hills.
