Nice video. If you are struggling with the jump, get the Noggenfogger Elixir's Slowfall buff and jump down, in stealth of course. The elixirs do cost a bit of silver and you might have to pop a few before you get the buff, but it's better than constantly wiping on the jump down. Good items to use with Thorns-like buffs are the Electromagnetic Gigaflux Reactivator (drop off Thermaplugg in Gnomer) & the Crystal Spire (created with Blue & Yellow power crystals in Un'goro). With 3/3 Improved Thorns and these 2 items, each lasher will take more than 40 damage per hit. I found adding these made farming the lashers MUCH easier on a freshly dinged 60. However, with a bit of gear these extras are unnecessary.

Great video! It’s nice to see some love for the druid 🙂. Some nice specifics on how to go about it. I’m currently trying to decide if I want to go resto druid again or play holy pally in classic. Holy pally is tempting since it’s op as all hell, but druid is my favorite at the end of the day (despite being sort of a mess in vanilla). Resto druids being able to farm some gold without a farming alt would sure help alot. Worth noting is that speed of patrols, number of lasher packs and aggro range of the big trees upstairs vary on different private servers (health and damage of the lashers also seem different, but I’m not 100% on that one). I’m currently doing this on symmetrywow as a mage and I just go in the other entrance and jump down since it’s not worth the risk aggroing the big guys upstairs. Also the run to the entrance is shorter. I guess we won’t know for sure what will and won’t work until classic is out. Personally I’m a bit nerveous about what reset + camp will do. If it triggers hs instead of porting you to the entrance that would mess with alot of farming methods, including this one ☹️. There’s also alot of people moaning on different forums about how unfair these farming methods are and that they should be nerfed (has been done on some private servers). It seems they base their arguments on how the economy has turned out on private servers with HUGE non blizzlike populations and Chinese gold farming going unchecked (and probably they themselves not bothering to make any gold), so lets hope they are ignored and us healers will have a steady income 😊.
Do Holy Pala ONLY if you have a group all the time. I did a Healadin from 1-70 (never any other spec). However, i strongly believe that if you have the mana (3399), and any sort of feral gear (lvl 55+) you could more than likely solo these with a feral spec
Hope this helps :)
druid gold farming is usually duo'd with a rogue doing stealth runs for recipes + shards
Hi, yes you can probably make a bit more gold duoing with a rogue. I think i actually mention this (can't remember). However, as i said in the guide this is supposed to be a reliable way to farm gold on your own :)
You dont even show the true forms of druid with that damn disguise! Fail....
Hi eclipse, thanks for the feedback.
If you see on my unit frames, you can clearly see the resources my character is using at that time, and also the actions bars change.
Mana (blue) = Human form
Energy (yellow) = Cat Form (for jumping)
Rage (red) =Bear form
Strange decision to wear a deviate delight in a tutorial that involves changing forms
:) ah well! Look for the rage bar.
Tip - if im not pre-healing, or casting hurricane, im in bear form. Of course except when i am jumping or obviously in stealth
