The Coleto

The Coleto (Sarcops calvus) is a starling species of bird that resembles a vulture in appearance. They eat fruits, insects and flower nectar. They are very good at mimicking other sounds including human speech. Coletos are only found in the Philippines. Protecting our forests, planting native trees, and respecting our wildlife will allow these beautiful birds to live among us. 😊
