  • After taking some time out of the pool due to the disappointment of the International Paralympic Committee taking away my dream of representing England at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, I returned to swim training for the first time in 95 days.
It was fantastic to swim at the London Aquatics Centre once again. Whilst I do not know what the future has in store for my competitive swimming career, I am looking at swimming and swim coaching from new angles and perspectives now.
I had a lot of fun whilst filming different components, strokes and techniques.
This was my first swim as a MySwimPro Ambassador, and I got to my brand new custom fit theMagic5 goggles for their first dip. Highly recommended!
