My First Swim in Months | Swimming at the London Aquatics Centre | Swimming with Cerebral Palsy

After taking some time out of the pool due to the disappointment of the International Paralympic Committee taking away my dream of representing England at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, I returned to swim training for the first time in 95 days.
It was fantastic to swim at the London Aquatics Centre once again. Whilst I do not know what the future has in store for my competitive swimming career, I am looking at swimming and swim coaching from new angles and perspectives now.
I had a lot of fun whilst filming different components, strokes and techniques.
This was my first swim as a MySwimPro Ambassador, and I got to my brand new custom fit theMagic5 goggles for their first dip. Highly recommended!
