So true. One bad experience keeps a bad taste in ya mouth. They never thought you would expose them? Treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

I am glad a youtuber is telling the truth. I ordered the new v shape wig because of a different you tuber. Unice took almost a month to send my order. First they blamed it on the pandemic then when I asked for my money back they stated they will reach out to the tracking system. No money back but I end up getting the wig. Wig was nice but finding another vendor

Thanks 4 your honesty, I was thinking about buying from this company but was hesitant. Lots of U tubers speak highly of Unice but, they get sent the nice units and we get the garbage.

I have ordered a wig from unice to the UK. first they tell me 5 days and now they are telling me next friday. I need this wig for an occasion so i really hope it is a good quality! Oh absolutely! That’s why I wanted to buy the product before they try to get me to promote their products! Just to see how they’ll treat regular customers! Even after this video they had the audacity to ask me to work with them! Absolutely not! And absolutely still don’t recommend them! Hopefully you do receive your hair though soon! Yes keep us updated!
I ordered mine from them on Amazon & I received it in two days..the wig is bomb..I like that it isn’t too thick since it’s hot. They did flex on the bleach knots part..

I just ordered from them I got my hair in 2 days. I have ordered from alot of wig companies which they are from China and the boxes are sometimes damage as well. Each wig company may their negative things. You have to realize dealing oversea its different from USA

I've had the worst customer service experience with Unice hair. I had to go back and forth with them about receiving the wrong hair. I'm pretty sure they weren't fluent in english, and they basically ghosted me after I tried to explain that they sent the wrong hair. 😥
That’s so upsetting and so sad to hear that it’s still horrible customer service after a year and a half later after this video! Try to dispute the charge with your bank 😈

After weeks of going back and forth I finally received my wig, which came directly from China; it was not worth the hassle and at this point I’m too exhausted to continue corresponding with them.

I purchased a body wave from them but I purchased through Amazon,. I like the hair but just like you said, the parting is tight, / unnatural so you one will have to open it up some. The lace is also some light looking color.. gray or something idk but it wasn’t brown.
And i seen someone saying getting it from Amazon was better but i see by this that that was a lie!
My experience was a nightmare. I got the run-around too. You're lucky if you get the wig at all.

I always order from UNice and have never had an issue. I love them as a brand. I’ve had more trouble from WestKiss hair and I spent almost a thousand dollars with them on one order.
How long did it take to get your order?
@HahaDarrie it took almost a month. I was super p!ssed off, it was a 613 unit and a Brazilian curly unit. I still have the Brazilian curly. The 613 melted when I tried to remove the Cajun spice rinse I put in. Smh I'll never order from then again.
Customer service not good…but the hair is good though?! That’s what I got from it. I purchased from Amazon, next day shipping so for me that’s not a concern. I was worrued at first. Thanks for the review!

I had the same experience with another wig company. After emailimg and going back and forth with them (the people who respo d do so with the same wording..."Hi dear...) Once I realized they were attempting to string me along. I requested a refund. I received another response with "Hi dear...
I immediately contacted my banking institution who promptly contacted the company, I received a refund a few days later. It was a company based in China but I was unawre of that before I placed my order.

"dear" is the typical Chinese way to address customers (I m living in China and do a lot of online shopping here). It´s a telltale sign that you´re dealing with a Chinese company ;) and they use a very similar way to deal with complaints. Loads of excuses and always blaming someone else. Even though I have to say ordering and receiving here directly, they have AMAZING customer service and protection on their local shopping portals.
Yeah unice factory is in China, they show it on their website I feel some type of way about that...

The have a two stores in CA. I purchased a clueless HD wig I love but bought it in store. I just ordered 1 online from their website. I guess I’ll find out how it goes.

@@ItsKeishaBN you are right about their customer service. They did reply back and let me know that it was canceled. After I placed an order and it read processing and that it was successful. Only to find out that my order was cancelled. 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
I am still waiting for them to help me understand what exactly happened with the order. That's it for me.

FYI, when you Pluck the hairs try not to plug so much in the front. Because you over pluck the hairs in the front on the left-hand side of your head. The wig was already plugged nicely but the knots didn’t look like they were bleached. So the only thing that you really don’t have to do it that way it will be bleach the knots I wouldn’t have practice because they already had a nice hairline..
I definitely did over pluck but I’m a beginner so you live and learn! Thank you!

So true!!! I will never, never ordered from this company Unice .. it took me almost 2wks to get my order I kept sending them emails and trying to chat no responses at all. I finally received it… I was so disappointed and not worth the purchase .. this will be my first and last purchase ..

Oh wow! That’s so unfortunate they’re still doing things like this to their customers! I don’t have a contact to them anymore directly cause now I was done with them I was done! But it should be on their website and a way to contact their WhatsApp. I would try that! Good luck with everything
I feel u I got the infamous blonde highlighted wig YT groupies was raving about girl. I got mines it was trash thin af wasn’t true to length no bleached or plucked knots so I tossed that shit n the trash cause it was just that garbage.. so I’ve Neva purchased anything else burn me once it’s a wrap

I also wish I'd seen this video prior to buying from them. The second time I've had a bad experience ordering wigs online. Not the same company though. I don't play about the hair that I purchase and this company has me😡😡. I'm sending mine back because I shouldn't have to fix them to look like the products that I spent money on.

Just got a wig from them, straightened it and there’s split ends the whole way up the shaft of the hair. Def did me dirty.
I bought a 5x5 HD closure body wave wig and it’s trash!! Super thin,sheds like crazy and after 3 weeks it turned to baby doll hair 400.00 down the drain.. I gave a review on IG and they took it down. They messaged me but I didn’t even reply.. I took it as a loss.. but never again.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with them. that sucks a lot. I am new to wigs too and I bought from Unice before and I own six wigs from them. the hair is great but the customer service isn't the best. I also wish they would list on their website what was in stock or not. I purchased a curly frontal unit with highlights and was notified after purchase that it wasn't in stock and would take time to prepare. they asked if i wanted to switch to the same wig but in natural black. i made the switch but was a bit upset cause i originally wanted the highlights but i am ultimately happy with the wig. I have a black wig, bang wig, blonde highlighted wig, blonde money piece wig and a curly wig from them.

The hair didn’t look bad. It looks like you put something extra on it like jel, spritz, in the front or something when you put it on your head. Wash it and wand it.

I am going thru the same thing ordered a wig for my birthday, and it’s been 6 days no tracking info yet and it’s a 12 inch straight wig so what’s the problem, never again, first and last time ever
I ordered a wig from them and the customer service is trash. I tried to return it as it was too small for my head, the length did not look like 16 inches and it didn’t look like 180% density. It was a lot of back-and-forth with them, asking me to brush the wig out and send them photos of inside of the wig all these things before they would accept the return, even though I reached out the same day, I got it to return it. I will never ever purchase from them again looked nothing like the model had on

I watched a recent video on this hair - the hair smelled bad and they offered her 12$. She was like hell no !
When she told them she made a video reviewing the hair, they were willing to sent her a new wig, but begged her to bring the video down- she didn’t ! Lol
On another note, those lashes are not ugly , they are INSULTING!!!! How dare they assume someone will wear those spider legs ?

I'm dealing with a similar issue now. Seems like they have not changed. The unit I received was not as described and I requested a refund. They offered me $6 then offered me $15. I told them that was unacceptable, they continued to go back and forth with me and eventually sent me the address to return the unit. Then emailed me days later stating the hair was frizzy and smelly and they can only offer 30% back. A unit that was never worn, not even tried on.

I recently ordered a wig from Eunice hair and I try to get them to refund me or get a smaller size cap and I went through the same thing. As you the customer service is no good. You cannot get in contact with them over the phone and emails. They do not respond back to you in a timely manner. And they just take your money and go shoot dude pretty much. I would not recommend ordering from them to anyone that I love no way..😢😢
I brought a wig from unice last November for a wedding and never received it so I disputed transaction with my bank. Would you believe Unice emailed me sayin “ma’am you know you got the wig”😡 Like excuse idk who they’ve dealt with in the past but I don’t have to lie about never receiving a wig! And on top of that had to go to a hair store to purchase a quick wig because I never received the one from Unice before the wedding. I understand everybody experience is different but mines was horrible unfortunately.

Great question! I think they would because they’re PayPal but I’m not 100% sure. I used my chase card when i purchased and i know for a fact chase don’t play about their money and your neither.

I really doubt that is true. All my wigs from them are 100% real hair. You can color them, perm them, whatever you want. True, their customer service is a bit annoying, but for the PRICE the wigs are bomb!

Lies. I spent $400 with u guys. I got the run around and the wigs had horrible quality. Low density, poor quality overall. So disappointing. I just took this as a lose. #lessonlearned
