How to Test a Laptop Power Supply using a Multimeter

This is a basic demonstration on How to Test a Laptop Power Supply using a Multimeter. When testing power supplies out of circuit (not plugged into anything) the reading is said to be "No Load." Even so, this test can tell you if the power supply is good or bad. A "No Load" reading may be a few volts higher than what's shown on the power supply label, but that's fine (as long as your reading is not a few volts lower you are most likely ok).
