It was pretty obvious that they were going to make one, but luckily, it didn't take four years this time. I'll have to listen to a few more demos/videos, but this is definitely on my wish list. It can join the Wavestation SR and the Electribe EMX-1, my other two Korgs. Oh, and the Prophecy of course, that came in just after Christmas.
I was never a Korg fan back in the day, but now....whoo eee...they have my full attention since Roland seems to have given up on listening to what we want.
@@thomaslthomas1506 19 inch is the 'professional' format, meaning that it could save space in a studio. But studios would have moved to soft synths, and no longer have use for them. It's mostly for home studio owners and enthusiasts that a company would produce 19 inch synths. Admittedly, it was an easy thing to do, because they can just chuck in the same board that they have in every synth of the same family, and the 37 keys were probably also deliberate so that they could produce a 19 inch version. Having said all that, I'm very happy that they did. It did actually come earlier than I expected.
I knew if I scrolled down there'd be a comment from you @Wagoo 😀 As you have the module set, do you think this will fit in nicely ? I was wondering if I can skip the modwave ?
@@IrrationalRecreation haha.. yeah it does seem closest to the Modwave but has enough unique things to make it worthwhile having both IMO. I ordered the multi/poly rack to join the other three already :D
FINALLY !!! Rackmouted gear again ! Ordering all of these ASAP in this format. Desktop units suck when you have many it is a mess and need a football stadium to store them !
Wait.. they removed pitch bend and mod wheel?!?!?!?! LOL WHAT This is why my opsix that I converted to desktop is better than the official korg desktop opsix.
You know this is gonna be a meme now right? I'll release my newest synth on a wood butchers block table from the 90s...it'll totally be okay.... but now I love it even more.
Electribe ESX! We still like to play it. Please make a modern Electribe 3! with a similar control arrangement. Get the input of the long-term users! th-cam.com/video/CyCTx6WFjd8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_dJ6__bitZCDTHnZ
Any chance you can fix your shoddy drivers for USB devices on Windows so that they work when you have more than a few devices connected? Been waiting 5 years so far
Korg is one of very few companies actually listening to their fanbase, respect
Same w Teenage Engineering
@@robertjamesonmusicnice sarcasm
@@robertjamesonmusic Worst example ever
I didn't even know T.E. _HAD_ a place to voice opinions about their products.
@@robertjamesonmusicif their customers asking to be ripped off than they’re listening 😅
And here I was just the other day thinking: "if they make a module I will have no choice but to buy it."
Thought the exact same thing when it dropped😅

Excited!
KING KORG MODULE TOO PLEASE!!! 👍👍
But bring back the tube, or at least slap on a NuTube! KingKorg isn't the same without that beautiful tube boost
@SlaserX true! At least the Nu tubes if not vaccuum.
This is great! A space saver with a sound maker.
Been waiting for thr module version
Great! ❤ A 19“ rack! Yes
Way to go KORG! Keep up the good work and sound we trust! Don't cut corners on this one.
Can't wait! It'll fit into the rack nicely!
Really glad to see this!
OK, now you have my undivided attention.
I also want to thank you for listening to us. you already have the keyboard i want: the mpe controller
beautiful
Sold me on the rack instantly!
If Korg keeps putting out modules, I'll keep buying them. I'm tired of all my gear being from the 90s 😂
Looks awesome
Korg is great 👍
excellent work korg!
Very nice! 19"! Bravo!
No way! I was just watching the other video (with the keyboard) where somebody commented about hoping to see a module version soon! 😮
That’s meee!!:) Now that we got it, I’m so excited!😄🥳🥳
@
Haha yooo that’s awesome! 😁 🙌
Will add this to my OP6, wavestate , and modwave rack.
Well done korg , I don't have enough space for another keyboard. Tempted to buy the multi poly now.
Thanks Korg. Looks even better with metal instead of wood!
Hhheeeeeeeeyyyyyyyy!!!!! It’s Jexus!!!! Sup dude!!
Neat! Sort of looks like a "dark twin" of my Korg Radias module!
I was never a Korg fan back in the day, but now....whoo eee...they have my full attention since Roland seems to have given up on listening to what we want.
this is a nice one ❤
Hurrah for 19" rack! Instabuy! Thanks for listening 👍
I wish 19” was more common I prefer it.

Beautiful design!!! 👏🏽 🎹 ✨🌟🧡🌟✨
Keep it up ❤❤❤ 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wow brilliant 😊
Very nice!
Support for midi 2.0 . Finally !!
I am looking forward to the multi/poly/bi/trans module in a couple years
This is great news!
Boss move. Love it.
Nice! I already have plenty of keyboards, so I could throw this in a 19" rack with my Opsix Module.
That was fast!😮
YES
A great accompaniment to my Radias
Yes!
Yes 😊
Good move Korg.
I asked for this!
I have very little doubt that I will own one of these at some point. ❤
Awesome
give us one please ❤❤❤
Looking forward to the native version.
Audio over usb?
Alright. This one gets on my list...
Sweeeet❤🎉
Will we see an update to the Multi/Poly allowing us to edit the effects in-depth without using the editor?
Yes.
Any chance of a new Electribe anytime soon? It's been too long.
They never bothered finishing the last one
Cool. Looks like a virus TI without the flakey software
Any chance the multi/poly will see a layer hold function like the wavestate has?
That’d be a lovely addition to the firmware
Does this use the standard Korg USB MIDI Windows driver? And has it been updated yet to allow more than 10 devices?
Awesome! Are the rack ears removable?
Not only they're removable, but they can be flipped and used as a stand: th-cam.com/video/GjKaPHzyqX8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=EJDwyvXICNcpuLzH&t=67
@ Wow! That's a really good idea! Thanks for the info :)
Please- make it perfect by adding the sample option from the modwave. The 4gb memory is already in there.
yayyyyy
Microtonality? Scale retuning? SCL files loading? Thx!
Where is the 61 key version.
Any idea of the price?
Surely it needs 4 audio outputs?
Hopefully it’s oscillators stay in tune unlike the Prologues
“Modeling” in the title suggests it’s digital.
Interesting rearrangement of the left side of the panel!
can we Volcanize this, please?
The best synth of 2025
The rack ears are removable right? I don't need them.
Wait.. they removed pitch bend and mod wheel?!?!?!?! LOL WHAT
This is why my opsix that I converted to desktop is better than the official korg desktop opsix.
If it’s anything like the other gear, it’ll only be $50 cheaper for the desktop module. Just by the keyboard.

Also.. NEW MUSIC ALWAYS !
Kronos soon
19" 😃👍
You have to think about Korg Nautilus Module as Triton Module. Lol
Radias remake?
The Korg Virus !!!
Will you be doing a Keytar version? Asking for a friend, me.

Must…resist…whipping out credit card….
Rack rules.

Is this comparable to what the virus does?
Nah
Greattttt! What’s its price?
Now we’re talking….
is this another arduino project?
When this is available soon as software, what is the added value then, that’s worth 900 bucks?
Modeling?
Okay so a plugin but not affordable?
Is this just an MS-2000 reissue, basically?
Good idea, if so.
korg Monopoly "reissue" this is hella lot more but partially Monopoly
The MS-2000 became the ubiquitous MicroKORG
more like if you put a super-modwave into a bit of a wavestate workflow/layout
OH MY GOD I WANT TO BE RICH, BUY ALL THE SYNTHS I WANT AND PLUGUINS TOO! LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣
But what’s the price?!?
another without a MIDI thru!!!!
Mod Knobs in the way of the Kaoss Pad is a bit ‘unfortunate’ …
Not interested
Still making hardware...?
Nice, but not 700€ nice.
Maybe the plug in will be worth it since this is all digital.
This isn’t switch 2
LOL i am waiting too. Internet always on today. 😂
Sound thin. I keep my Radias
Maybe Korg should release some real analog synths - models are so overrated.
well - they do: monologue, minilogue, miniKORG 700Sm (video out today)
When?
Nice, Still prefer the keyboard version over the module any day!
