On the 23rd of March 1994, an Aeroflot A310 bound for Hong Kong suddenly plunged from the sky in the middle of the night, tearing a horrific scar across a snowbound forest in the depths of Siberia. Of the 75 people on board, none would survive. the main problem started when the other pilot was traveling with his family and he ask the host that he’s also a pilot and host let him inside. In my opinion, I wouldn’t let anyone enter the pilot room because it doesn’t matter if that person was pilot. I would told that pilot that once the one of the pilot is taking break i will let them know and they can come and say hi or hello to you but for now I want you have sit in you assign seat.

How can the pilots be so careless
When you fly plane for long time, you become careless because as you have flown long enough to get bored and do stuff like this here and there.
A fresher pilot is more careful than the experienced pilot.
I am not saying this. A retired pilot said this

1st of all, these airbuses don't have steering wheels like you showed, they have joysticks like video games. on left for pilot on right for co-pilot. the autopilot is the best in these planes... if you let it do it's job. unfortunately, the kid, and later these pilots kept trying to control the plane left and right , they fought the autopilot all the way to the ground.
He showed those 'joystick'-type steering I think!!

I think that it is the fault of all the three pilots, why did that passenger pilot think to give the controls to his kids, and the captain should have looked up to all the stats before giving the control to Eldar. This could have been prevented. By the way please pick me
