Picked this up a little bit ago and was disappointed it was in a ziplock, probably would not have picked it up if I knew that. Glad I did though, finished a game a week ago and it was great experience, I'll be trying it again. Like you, I would get a box I can. Outstanding game, glad I have it.
Thanks for the review. I’ve played this one as well and concur: it’s an excellent game on an interesting subject. Hats off to the original designer, Stephan Ekström and Revolution Games for the updated version. Plays great solo. Looking forward to the reissue of Ekström’s Army Group Narva, which uses the same game system.
We are currenty cleaning Army Group Narwa ( which will be released as Across the Narva). After that I hope Revolution Games will release Plan West (Polen 39), a sister game to Königsberg. Otherwise I am working on Pommerania 45 , Finland 39 and Palestine 1917 as projects with this system. Any one you would prefer ?

WOW. Im definitely ordering Narwa. Finland 39 sounds interesting and I do not know the situation for Pommerania!
