Just offering Qur’an is not enough. Teach it to them through the values taught by Allah and his messenger. This is not the beautiful patience said in the Qur’an. Why he took it to be offensive while there is no real problem in having different accents? We’re different in many aspects. I don’t agree with the Sheikh.
