Hey Niko, welcome back! I flew out, and landed at Teterboro Airport couple times. That's one busy airport due to all those private jets. Wow, I saw your left hand getting some serious workout on landing.🤣
So funny I see you post. I was just thinking about you this morning because I am flying to either Kenosha or Burlington today for my commercial long cross country flight. For years while waiting for the FAA to issue my medical I day dreamed about flying thru your channel. Glad to see you are flying and doing well my good sir.
Love it. Those Teterboro controllers are awesome. They’ll give you a ribbing about being slow, but they’ll get you in. I flew in there last year and I think he mistook me for a Bonanza - which flies about 30-40 kts faster than me. He called me out for being slow and doing me a favour, but he fit me in there.
How strange, I was thinking about you today and was wondering where you had gone, then bingo, you pop up. What a nice surprise. Great to see you back again. I hope the rest or the return journey is not as bumpy as it was coming in. As usual you did an excellent job. Love to all the family.

I know the feeling when your a bit slower I fly an RV 12 and many times on downwind I get “ turn straight for the numbers”. Makes it interesting and keeps you sharp. Great video. Thanks KAPF
From about 1997 to 2001 a friend and I owned a small Commercial Service company and we serviced almost every Uhaul Storage and retail service outlet facility in Florida. Every other month roughly I flew commercially out to Florida to visit existing customers, work on new business, and handle any problems. I could land anywhere and visit every market center in a week. St. Augustine from what I learned is the oldest inhabited City in the entire United States and has some it's own interesting charm. A good place to visit. Good to see you up again, thanks for the ride!

Next time into NYC try KCDW. Way easier to get in and out of and only slightly longer into NYC (will be much quicker from the city to wheels up when you leave though). Plus gas will be way less as well.
Liked the background music. Not sure if there would be copyright issues but you should consider movie soundtracks for music. Shawshank Redemption, Braveheart, Castaway all have great music, too many more to mention.

I usually fly into FRG from Boca. ATC allows you to stay at cruise altitude when staying east much longer than when you’re flying near Washington and Philly as required to go into TEB. Depending on Long Island traffic it’s about 10 mins longer to get to FRG than to TEB. FRG may be more convenient if you’re staying on the east side of Manhattan.
I fly a C414A and even at 180KIAS I get moved a bit further out. Once close I'm mixing in fine. Oddly, flying into KIAD I was slowed behind a B767 on parallel ILS. That's never happened to me before.
Man, that was a tough landing. I do love your sensibility when booking a hotel room. No suite, just regular. Though, that room was small :-D But hey, I bet it's all about the shower and a good nights sleep anyway.

The entire city is a gem but especially the water front with the beautiful cafes and restaurants. The Laladika district for sure is a must and make sure you go to the Modiano market…

Niko!! Man, that really is close to the smallest hotel room I've seen, tho I did stay in one in London where the door barely cleared the bed. Any thoughts on moving up from the SR22T? VisionJet would be natural, but other options like TBM, Pilatus PC12, Meridien, Epic, etc. Pressurization and turbine power seems like they could improve your life no? Yes, I know...easy for me to say since I'm not paying for it, but I'm sure you have plenty of time up in the air to daydream about these things! Please share your thoughts!

I'm a fellow pilot and have been considering dropping the hammer on a Cirrus 22T/G7. Your videos have been a great help in making my decision. Also, love the sunglasses. What are they?
Hey Niko, could you do a video about turbulence? How you deal with it? I noticed that it was bumpy in nj, I usually slow down to 140 if this is bumpy like that, but atc asked you to keep 155. What is your limits on turbulence when you start to slow down?
I recommend landing at Essex County Airport (CDW) instead of Teterboro. Take an Uber or Lyft for a 31 minute ride to the train station at Journal Square in Jersey City. Then take a PATH train going under the Hudson River to Manhattan. It will be much less stressful.

The Cirrus is equipped with built in oxygen tank in the tail of the aircraft. Fully integrated into the panel. Pauly’s solution would be a downgrade.

@agodeo από simulators φίλε από το 1986 δουλεύω το Microsoft FS από την 1η έκδοση. Πίστεψε το, το simulator βοηθάει παρά πολύ! Καλή συνέχεια…

For sure I will be sticking with the Cirrus brand. Probably a G7 or a Vision Jet in the future.

Yes 140 and lower feels much better which happens to be the structural speed.
