Next time you use tape, to tape anything on the wall that involves your ducks, I think it would make perfect sense if you use duck tape

You're lucky she didn't eat that frog -- My duck ate one before I could stop her and the odor... when it comes out later, is so bad... I'm still traumatized.

Can I ask a couple questions about call ducks? What ratio do you keep male to female? Are males or females more friendly, or is it just dependent on personality. Have you ever had any bad mating situations where females have been injured? I have a flock of 10 standard females and want to try adding a couple call ducks, but they will be straight run, and if I end up with two males I want to make sure it's not a bad situation.
1. I keep 3:1 at minimum. Some males might need more. 2. Definitely depends on personality, for me my females are nicer but I also have VERY sassy females as well. 3. Yes, I have to separate one of my females every spring because the males will make her bald within days. 4. I personally don’t recommend keeping bantam sized ducks in the same enclosure as standard sized ducks. It has not worked out well for me personally, but I’m sure there’s other people who do it without issues. Large female ducks may still try to mate other female ducks just to establish dominance, and their weight our seriously injure the bantam sized ducks
