I enquired about the results of the students, he replied that students marks are not matter (teachers attitude not concern about student's future) the reason for concern about no of students is the bribe they are able to receive due to association with school on job and even after retirement in form of recommendations !!!

Still, private give much higher salary but it only for special course certified or for graduate from IIT, IIM, BITS ECT..

I quoting my earlier comment here : I am state board student (private candidate) my goal is also CA.There are lots of gaps in state board curriculum . I have identified the gaps that needs to be filled to become CA in first attempt.Before taking CA institute material study TS grewal book for 11th and 12th CBSE.If you complete both books from first page to last you can easily score 200/200 in state board.And the other advantage is you are ready for CPT exam 90% . Second is maths , one should know at least up to 12th maths CBSE level. Once you are prepared upto this level you can easily clear CPT maths and dont forget in CA final there are much tougher maths which cannot be understood without this base. Khan academy is a great source for maths.This is what i recommend.

What I think is ,for eg: If a student has taken the 2nd group in 11th standard [bio maths ],it includes Biology,Maths,Chemistry and Physics .My question is :12th is what is going decide our course in college[EXCEPT MBBS AND ENGINEERING AND VERY FEW ENTRANCE EXAMS] so why should we learn all the four subjects when we already know that we are interested in one particular subject .All subjects Knowledge is needed but it is enough to learn all the subjects till 10th,RIGHT?
My opinion is : INSTEAD OF LEARNING ALL THE SUBJECTS HALF MINDED, WHY CAN'T WE LEARN THE SUBJECT THAT WE LIKE DEEPLY WITH A LITTLE HELP OF OTHER SUBJECTS?

Private school la turnover athigam but salary for teachers is low and finally a student from the private school gets state 1st mark (without any knowledge he just reads the book and vomits the paragraph on answer sheet) , in government schools turn-over is low but salary for teachers are good and they are not ready to work ... The reason behind is job security .. job security is good for govt teachers , no matter if they work or don't work, they won't loose job . Job security is bad for private school teachers, if they fail to give better results in public exam then they will loose jobs ... So we have to take job security in all govt posts ...
