SURAH AD-DUHA | The Morning Hours | Beautiful Recitation with English Subtitles

Al-Duha (Arabic:الضحى, "The Morning Hours", "Morning Bright", "The Early Hours") is the ninety-third chapter (surah) of the Qur'an, containing 11 āyat or verses. Qur'an 93 is named from its first word in Arabic, ad-duha, which means "the morning".
The theme of Surah Ad-Duha and the reason for revelation is to comfort the prophet and to remove his anxiety and depression. To show the disbelievers that Allah has not forsaken the prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as they claimed.
Surah Ad-Duha is a surah many of us have memorised and often repeat. But there is significance in the reason for the revelation of the Surah which we may not know.
Surah Ad-Duha was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (saw) at a time when he had not received any revelation for six months.
The Prophet (saw) was disturbed and depressed believing that Allah was displeased with him, had forgotten him.
When the Surah was revealed, Allah gave the Prophet (saw) hope, positivity and the assurance that Allah is with him no matter what.
