YES. The main issue there is fields almost immediately is running around trying to make a crazy play. It’ sucks that he has no time with that trash offensive line to make the easy throws. With those two on the outside and the rb trio they have. Offensively they will be solid this year
That's a great option. The only problem with your suggestion is, you would have to give Fields a max contract in the next year or so. If you draft Caleb, you won't have to worry about that until 5 years from now which would allow you to be more aggressive in Free Agency during that time period.

@@robertbutlerjr1746 Easy. Ohio St. had one of the best teams all around in the Nation. Justin had all day to throw the ball. Did Justin win the Heisman? No. Caleb did not have a great o-line or defense. Both weren't even ranked in the top 100! Did Caleb win the Heisman? Yes. I've sat down with others and we watched Caleb highlights. We agreed that there are plays that Caleb makes passing the ball that Justin doesn't make. We agreed that Caleb's arm wind-up and arm throw speed is waaaaay faster than Justin's. Caleb is more accurate with football placement for WR's to make easier catches. He is also excellent at extending plays with his legs and has escape vision to make big throwing plays. Caleb is also better in the 4th quarter. He can process getting the ball out faster and trusts his receivers. The only thing Justin has on Caleb (which is very important to have also) is superior athleticism and great leadership and organization rapport. There are plays that Justin makes when he takes off that is really rare at the position and Caleb can't copy. Justin's mentality is tough. I like it. I like Justin better for Chicago. Keyshawn, all facts! The Bears improved their win total from a year ago. The defense is getting back to dominant. The numbers DJ put up with Justin was a career year, another receiver with talent on the opposite side, and would have a monster year. You are bringing in a rookie with a lame duck coach ( no playoffs, Eberflus will be fired), so will this new staff & this cycle of Bears misery start all over again. Yes, this is year 4. Give JF1 a real opportunity to succeed. Take the best haul for the #1 pick. Caleb Williams is meant to be elsewhere, not Chicago.

I’ve done watched all these talk shows during the season and since the offseason begin. A lot of them starting to change up now Caleb Williams this and that 90% of them was saying draft Caleb it’s a no brainer now it’s this and that.
It couldn’t be any clearer coming off of Poles’ interview yesterday that the Bears are trading Fields and drafting Williams assuming the interview goes well today. He want to resolve Fields situation ‘tomorrow’ (which coincides with the day he interviews Williams)
It's really interesting how the number 1 overall pick still is. With all the combine workouts, interviews and advanced testing...if your team gets the first pick, you are basically no more likely to hit on that pick than you were in like 1974. As a fan who wants to watch the best games week-to-week, I don't even bother with rookie quarterbacks until I hear some buzz that they're actually good...
I think good-great but generational is a stretch. People said the same about Trevor. Trevor’s best career moment is coming back after throwing 4 picks but it was against the ultimate chokers in the Chargers then he choked against the Chiefs. Caleb is better than Trevor but not generational
@JoshuaDobbs-pl8sd when you have a touchdown lead in the 4th quarter and give it up that’s literally the definition of choking regardless of the team it’s against. Had the game won, choked it away. Facts don’t care about excuses.
KJ… “ok, so if we ignore all of these important things that actually matter, like the salary cap, then they should keep Fields.” I don’t know what the right pick is, but I absolutely do know that KJ made a horrible argument for why they should keep Fields. Mahomes and Reid literally had to win a SB with mediocre WRs… not because it’s normal, but because they are two all time greats. The Chiefs moved on from Tyreek because it isn’t sustainable to pay a top WR and top QB and top DL. They will lose guys this year because of the cap. Draft Caleb, take Bowers at your second pick, and go nuts at OL in R2. This is a deep class.
There is not a C.J. Stroud in this draft, but with the success that he has had this year, there is ZERO chance that Chicago doesn't take their highest Quarterback and misses out on a possible franchise Quarterback at the #1 pick in the Draft again!
Williams hasn't beat a top college team. Mahomes is and will always be on a different level. Stop comparing Mahomes to a qb who never played in the nfl yet

Fields + Marvin Harrison Jr + DJ Moore 🔥 They HAVE to get rid of Eberflus and bring in a brilliant offensive mind. Imagine trying to stop Fields with those weapons, a good run game + Kmet.
The problem for the Caleb situation is not if he is going to go Eli. The problem is that they could trade down to the number two or number three pick or trade down multiple times and still get Marvin Harrison. so the question is not will Caleb be better than Justin Fields although that is very much in question. The question is will Caleb be so great and significantly better than Justin Field to make up for not getting Marvin Harrison or the extra draft picks that you would get by trading down to two or three and drafting Marvin Harrison. If you trade to Justin Fields, the best you’re getting is a late first round pick. The fact is you probably have a high pick anyways because when you trade down to two or three, you will get there next year’s first round pick on top of probably a second or third round pick not to mention also being able to draft Marvin Harrison. The truth is you’re just not gonna get that with the Justin field trade. So if you draft Caleb Williams and trade Justin fields you get Caleb, and a late first round pick/ early second. If you keep Justin and trade down to 2 or 3 you will get Marvin Harrison, next years first round pick likely early, and probably another second or third round pick this year. it seems clearer that you get way more if you just keep Justin Fields instead of taking the risk on Caleb Williams, because you basically need him to be Superman and great to make it worthwhile what you would get by just trading the pic
I want you people high on Caleb to come back here and tell me how you feel after his rookie deal is up. I believe he will be a backup QB in 4 years tops. He’s being so overrated.
Story has it that Matt Nagy gave a heads up to Patrick Mahomes gave him the answers to a pop quiz that Andy Reid was going to give him. At the time Andy Reid did not like Mahomes but Matt Nagy did. so When Mahomes passed the pop quiz Andy Reid and the Chiefs moved up 20 spots up to pick Patrick Mahomes. The rest is history.

Honestly, I don't foresee Justin struggling with enhanced WR and O-line depth.
We love Justin in Chicago the votes are in. At the same time business is business. Caleb Williams just has to say it when Poles finally asks him. "I would looove to be a Chicago Bear!!!"
Maye and Daniels? Not with the first pick. Daniels and Nabers sounds good but I think we can do better with Fields and MHJ.
Please let me know how Caleb is a better QB in college than Justin when he played the weaker teams while Justin played top talent?
But I'm not going to downplay or exaggerate the film for either QB. It is what we see
Mahomes has been to 4 Super Bowls and won 3 for the record lol
I’d take Harrison because he’s the only one is 100% not a miss. He’s a future hof superstar. He’ll be just as good if not better than his dad.
Skip "ITS MY TURN" IS COMING SOON LOL
Thank you Keyshawn
Get rid of Justin Feilds. Next year he’s going to want a big contract. Dude is on record saying Chicago is to cold and he wants to play in a dome 😂
Well Justin gotta play out of his mind this year if he gets a contract let’s be honest here gotta earn that contract and lead the bears to playoffs maybe get playoffs win
He never said that, mess was spread Colin Cowherd
@@IkeTHOMAS-m8l Dude says Chicago weather is to difficult to adjust to lol and he hopes we get a dome 😂. Just do your research

There isn't a person on the planet who follows football who doesn't respect Mahomes.
I actually like just about everything Keyshawn said here.
Lololol Funny the way Skip reacted at first because I thought the same thing Skip did. This is a television show and this topic is based off the question asked. Don't change the question because then it screws Skip over who prepared for the question asked
The Tackles are not a problem
Fields only throws for 155 yards a game, this is a no brainer… he can’t read a defense, he runs like a deer in headlights which causes injuries… talk about Caleb mental toughness? Fields had to unfollow the bears because he couldn’t take the criticism also he complains that soldier field is too cold
Go look at that offensive line first
@@LeetraviusMcKay-q6m Thank You
I don’t wanna hear about mental toughness Justin was as playing with broken ribs in semifinal and national championship games 🤦🏽🤦🏽 oh he carried the bears offseason ngl if it wasn’t for Justin they would been 3-14 again 💀

The way people talk about Justin Fields you'd think he'd have better numbers than Mitch Trubisky

It's better than mitch thus year, idk with a ll mitch Stat 7 years ago was tho...

I'm not gonna lie, I'm starting to feel bad for skip, he doesn't seem to enjoy the job anymore and he's had to pull back his passion so he doesn't say something that might skip him up again, and that's what made the show fun to watch, Shannon and skip's passion going head to head🤷🏽♂️
Skip on that good stuff. He’s double talking his double talk lol.
youre trippin on caleb brah i watch him play his throws are some of the best on the run , that spiral he got, ge got a good deep ball and throw dimess and again on the run throws are tremendous hes raw just watch
It is absolutely a no-brainer that the Bears need to take him.
@@eddievangundy4510yea to trade him for a haul. Keep jf1
Caleb played in one of the worst if not the worst college division and missed the playoffs and looked horrible against the better teams that's facts
“You’re on record with that 🫵🏻🤓” Skip, relax lmfao
Keshawn doesn’t care about anything so why is he on the show 😂😂
For diversity reasons
L take
@@theredscum4202 great counterpoints you made! Have a wonderful day! 😁
@JoshuaDobbs-pl8sd when you have a touchdown lead in the 4th quarter and give it up that’s literally the definition of choking regardless of the team it’s against. Had the game won, choked it away. Facts don’t care about excuses.
KJ… “ok, so if we ignore all of these important things that actually matter, like the salary cap, then they should keep Fields.”
I don’t know what the right pick is, but I absolutely do know that KJ made a horrible argument for why they should keep Fields.
Keyshawn said it best 13:00 Moore is the only loner on the offensive side of the ball…. Offense of line was horrible too
As a Bears fan I agree
Thats got to be the wildest accidental pun I've ever seen. We got a Offense of line 💀.
You can tell Keyshawn doesn’t actually watch football.
Coming from somebody who never played NFL FOOTBALL. Make it make sense.
yea im sure a nobody like u knows more than the all pro receiver about nfl lmao
Finally one who said it perfectly, no I don’t think they should trade Justin. Bears should Draft Marvin Harrison’s jr and go get a tackle..
patrick mahomes literally came from an air raid offense keyshawn. you’re not that guy
Williams hasn't beat a top college team. Mahomes is and will always be on a different level. Stop comparing Mahomes to a qb who never played in the nfl yet
@@sugarnips1265 if you had a brain i would consider debating you. try watching the video and go to where keshawn says that the air raid system hasn’t produced a single good NFL QB. THATS what i was replying to you dumb motherfuker
Remember Keyshawn is friends with Caleb. He doesn't want Caleb on Bears
Seems like Keyshawn has a lot of friends in sports/media that keeps him from taking strong stances on topics or answer questions directly. IMO
If bears keep fields than they would be smart
Fields + Marvin Harrison Jr + DJ Moore 🔥
They HAVE to get rid of Eberflus and bring in a brilliant offensive mind. Imagine trying to stop Fields with those weapons, a good run game + Kmet.
I pray the bears do what gets Chicago a good team
Jayden Daniels to the Bears.
Caleb Williams to the Commanders.
Make it happen.
Having “real deep conversations” with a 10-15 minute time limit?🤣
I am with Key..
This is big from Keyshawn saying this.
Caleb Williams is more comparable to Jackson Mahomes then Pat 😂
Everything Key said was facts. I would trade number 1 pick to Washington and draft Marvin with the number 2 pick.
Caleb is light years ahead of the those two. This has to stop. Teams be talking themselves into the wrong QBs. Aka. Tribuisky over Watson and Mahomes
Just for clarification, Key said not everybody is patrick mahomes. he said that.
Key knows his stuff. How did Mel Kiper Jr get his job?
Didn't realize Key was such a Caleb hater.
