My first time listening to her was nearly 15 years ago. I knew her through the anime Fruit Basket. Her voice, though light and soft, had the power of penetrating through me and touched my heart so deeply. I had listened to all of her songs as a young girl. Then as I grew up I forgot her. But then sometimes, sometimes, memories of her voice suddenly hit me, I looked her up on Spotify and didn’t find any. Your uploading means a lot. It’s like a portal through which I visit those old days when her songs put me to sleep. Thank you:-) she’s an angel.
Your words hit me deep down as I also first knew her from Fruit Basket days. I was so mesmerised by her beautiful and soft voice that like whispering stories into our ears. After stepping into the society working, from time to time when I feel upset and frustrated in life I will listen to her songs. Her voice which is full of emotion and optimism in life can always help calming me down, healing my wounds and encouraging me to move back onto the right track. Ritsuko san is an angel by our sides and her spirit of life will be carried on for generations. Gifthy thank you so much for your comment that means a lot to me ~
I can't believe the last comment dates back to a year ago! Once in a while I would go back to this video just to check the comment section so I would get to see likeminded fans haha. Anyway, this year is her 20th death anniversary. Talented musicians come and go, musical styles evolve, and there are definitely even fewer people who remember her today, but I hope her words live on in the hearts of those who do. Sending ❤ to all the fans here ^^

自分がアニメを観るきっかけになったforフルーツバスケット・・・このOP曲の影響が大きかったです。
挿入歌やED曲もしかり。 優しくて切ない歌声は俺にとって宝物・・・もっといろんな曲が聴きたかったです。
