Followed you because of your comment on Adaeze’s space about your weightloss 😍 am here to learn. Am currently on your previous kg and started exercise few days ago.hoping to lose some weight. U’ve gain a new follower.
I live in Italy and I've noticed that Italians eat a lot of pasta, rice, cakes, biscuits and few protein but there are not much fat people here. So, how do they do it? It is not all about what you eat but when you eat. At night, before going to bed, they usually eat protein and vegetables because the body would not have time to burn the carbs. What do you think about that?
@@vlogsbyugirichiga And something that may help you with the pressure of losing weight fast: yes, it's better to lose weight, even for health reasons, but you can't feel a loser if you can't do it soon. Take baby steps and you'll get there. And I'm sure there are many people who love you exactly as you are right now.
Just keep exercising constantly even is it's 30 mins walk on a daily basis, and have a portion control on ur foods , if u must eat to time daily then make sure u cut down on the portion . Wishing u 85kg by December 😂

Yes you're right,eating late was one of my issues and consuming more but I have corrected that mistake
