Thank you so much for your very helpful video. Now I feel I can handle the removal of my damaged front bumper. Please keep posting very good videos like this one. Your friend from. Puerto Rico Edwin Oliveras
Brilliant guide, thanks for making this video! I just bought a 1996 Taco, and the front bumper is also rotted out. Also, I lost it at about 06:10 when the orange rubber pointing finger showed up on screen!
Wow this bring back memories. I did this back when I first bought my 02 Tacoma, front and rears. I miss that truck. But I do like my 2018. Nice for the every day commute. 22mpg helps too. Great job fellas.
Yep you needed to fix that bumper for sure. That chrome looks good on the taco. I always enjoy spending time in the shop with you no matter what your doing. Have a great weekend buddy!!
It's nice to have one of those young whipper snappers around to get those things off. That is why you have to take care of them when they are young so they can help you when you get old.
Watching little dirt bike using that ratchet reminded my why I got a set of socket drive adapters for my cordless drill. Don't tell little dirt bike though, at his age he needs the muscle tone. 😆
Nice job, Roady. It looks pretty spiffy with that chrome bumper up front. You have the opposite problem to me. I can buy metric easily and cheaply locally. SAE stuff I have to buy off ebay and gets pricey quickly. That should last well now with that protection on it. I bet the bolts on the Old F100 came out more easily. Take care. Mart in England.
I had an 86 Toyota van and I had to replace the bumper on it some guy sideswiped it in a parking lot . Came out alright but not as pretty as that chrome bumper !
It would have been awesome if Toyota had actually learned anything over the years, our 2015 uses that area as a storage bin for silt. What ever happened to inner fender wells that actually protect stuff! Our has unneeded vents in them. All while our hood scoop (where you could use airflow) is fake…..
@@805ROADKING I couldn’t believe how bad it looked inside of our tailgate. The composite bed doesn’t help much when the rest of its junk. I ended up pulling the latch apart and getting it working again after I priced the pregame thing pieces……
NJ Road salt. Ruined so many of my cars when I lived there. The rear bumper of my '94 Dodge Ram rusted out leaving just a foil of chrome in places. Of course the back side of the bumper had zero paint or corrosion protection.

Thanks Buddy!! I have a new set of headlights still in the boxes somewhere, I just have to figure out where I put them so they wouldn't get lost!!☺
Very interesting
Thanks MB!!☺
The Chrome looks Nice shame the factory could have painted the inside of their bumper😀
They would have to double the price!! A spritz of oil is alot cheaper!!☺
