I had to go to listen to it again due to nostalgia sake. The scene with Nebula in the ending credits has been etched in my mind forever as one of the most mysterious, haunting, and Awesome images of all time.

He actualy is voiced by Takehito "OMFG! IT'S DIO!" Koyasu in the show. Happily Koyasu voiced him with much calmer, less booming voice than his usual roles and thus it's rarely mentioned by people as "TEH VOICE OF DIO". Also, Lamia is pretty typical bishounen - A young boy that is both handsome and has very gentle, almost femine appearance. It's very popular trope in anime, but mostly ones that are directed for teen female audience, Lamia is kinda exception.
I would really like to find the single album that features karaoke versions of this and the opening, but that was released in 1999 and I doubt anybody has it online.
