We use many types of equipment on our farm and on the farm I work full time. Chainsaws just happen to be a tool we need many of and not everyone can afford a high end saw or tractor for that matter. Hey Ric 🪓🤠👍 What type of handle is that on your propane torch!!!
Good morning! It is a Harbor Freight tool. I think it is 15-20 bucks? Works well for delivering propane but the auto start died in the first few uses, which is no biggie for the price And I just use the torch striker to start propane anyway. The handle has flow adjustment along with the start. It is very sturdy with a very comfortable grip and hasn't leaked in over a year so we have just been leaning the torch on the bottle. "Lumber Jill" hard at work. Good video buddy. I've seen you use these saws in earlier videos. Are they a good saw? Ive always owned Stihl chainsaws but they are really getting pricey for my budhet. But, other brands are getting high priced too. My trusty old Stihl weedeater bit the dust after 20 years of use. I bought a Echo 302 S model, I was very happy with my purchase too. Seems to have more ummph than my old Stihl that i was real surprised.
Hey Dean! Hope all is well. Ya know many people all over the world wonder , some with more concern than others. At some point a person has to break the norm. I did that (going against main stream brand that is) simply because I didn't want to pay $1200 for an ms660 stihl. And regardless how much better(if they truly are regardless what degree)for me 1200 is a big difference than 400. And trust me I consider every penny and fraction of percent. Having said that, on what we have invested in saws(which is a small fortune and growing), I'm pretty impressed with these Neo-tec saws, and I can't say that I'm not with the others either. The biggest difference with the Neo-tec and the Farmertec is the quality and finish is to me better. Packaging is way better with the Neo-tec also, wayyyyyyy betterrrrrrr! We have received 2 saws from them and waiting on another now. The tuning is somewhat typical , a little turning does need to be done but otherwise they are working well and functioning well also. We have used both saws between 3 and 4 days a week and they will be rotated out with the flock for cleaning as cutting will be daily in the next week or 2 so I will have less time for service and cleaning. I think the best qualities of these are the fact they are built on a proven platform along with service parts are available quickly and inexpensively. @@CornucopiaFarmstead thank you Ric. I have to agree with you as they are a great looking saw. Thanks for the info. I'm no lumberjack nor timber man. More of a "weekend warrior" but I would definitely consider this brand. We had a great Thanksgiving, hope you all did too.

I couldn't agree more. Just switched it to 40:1 Sunday actually,definitely needs to breathe more for sure. Still have to tune it more with the fuel and maybe mod the air filter for best results, really surprised by this little saw its been a winner for sure! Thanks for commenting 👍 and subscribing!
