That is cheap. We spend $10,000 each . Anyway , you guys used 2 to 3 star hotels , subway and uber/grab. We used 5 starts hotel and we rented van to tour us in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. That is why you save a lot of money. But I think it is very inconvenient cause you have seniors with you.

Tokyo Disneyland hotel( 5days) and Marriott hotel in Osaka(5days) For the itinerary to see places used Dokotrip company . They will plan everything for you and pick up and drop you in your hotel. We used them in Tokyo, osaka and Kyoto. Hope this will help you to plan your trip.
For someone like me who can't travel anymore coz of many reasons, you became my eyes in seeing all those amazing places and activities. Japan never bores me, it's the country i want to stay next to Philippines. You're so nice as a son, very cool and very natural. Hi JM, sayang sana pala nakapunta kayo ng Warner Bros Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter. It’s a self-guided tour kaya di mo need na magmadali. We went there at 10:30am lumabas kami ng 7pm. Never thought na aabot kami ng almost 9 hours sa loob. Really enjoyed the self-guided tour. Maybe next time if you go to Tokyo again with your Tita Fe makapunta kayo. 😊
Have a good financial manager JM especially you're not in the corporate world. Hope ma trim mo extra expenses and shopping and save and invest. It's alright if you're into backpacking and tipid mode for your next trips so you can maximize your vlogs with less expense. I know yolo and all but be conscientious about impulse purchases. Hope you consider India next.

Okay lang naman magpabalik balik. But not in the same area. Kaso pag same same area for me nakaka boring na. And i know naman hindi ikaw yong traveller talaga who can really travel to other countries aside from japan, thailand, korea and singapore. I call it comfort traveller. But its okay channel mo its your right gawin ang gusto mo. Nakakatuwa lang na ang parents sinasama. ❤
but for me, going to japan kahit same area, ok lang kasi andaming magagawa. also, kasama nya parents nya this time, of course ipapasyal nya yung parents nya sa usual tourist spots.

Parang nagmamahal ang accomodation kasi padami pa din ng padami ang tourists. Yung pinag-stay-an namin, last May, Hotel Vischio Kyoto, about $150/night with breakfast nung nakuha namin and superior room na yun. Nung nag-check ulit ako for the same dates for 2025, nasa $170/night na yung pinakamababa, wala pang breakfast. Kapag nag-research ka, mag-check ka din directly with hotel websites, minsan nakakahanap ako ng mas magandang deals dun kesa sa Agoda and Klook. May mga cheaper accomodation ka naman na mahahanap na malayo-layo sa main station pero malapit naman sa local station. Ako kasi priority ko yung malapit sa main station kaya yun yung napili ko, worth the price naman, lalo na yung breakfast nila. Gusto ko nga bumalik kaya lang baka hindi ko ma-afford next time 😅😅.

Hello po! If traveling solo, suggest to ride the limousine bus from Narita to Shinjuku po. Then take a taxi or walk to your hotel :)
