I just found my old graphing calculator and was sad it seemed to not work anymore after updating, but this helped fix it! Thank you for such a comprehensive and informative walkthrough!
2 years ago, i updated to 4.5 so ndless couldnt support it, so i could no longer play "minecraft", now with the new updates to ndless this worked! Thanks! Now i can download minecraft all over again :)
i'm going in an 8 week school camp with no electronics but we're allowed these cas' for math because we still do math and english so it's gonna be fun af
It's great to be able to use these to play games. At my school we're not allowed our to take our phones out of our lockers but I'm still able to use this during class time which is fun!
I cannot get past this stage 2:25 I turned off my TI-Nspire CX II-T by clicking "ctrl" and then on "on" and after that I refreshed it many times I restarted the software mutiple times but still my handheld does not pop-up. What can I do??
Try restarting the calculator, try different usb ports, different cables. If this doesn't work download the trial version of the TI-Nspire CX teacher software. It works the same, just only has a trial for 90 days. education.ti.com/en/software/details/en/0D53A5236BE84B83BE509EEBF52A37DD/teacher-nspireCX
@@agellidmalik Unfortunately, there must be an issue with your calculator then. Does it charge correctly? If so, it's not the usb connector on the top of the Nspire CX.

Yes. You do need Ndless. Unfortunately if you have a newer OS you can only really get Lua games running because you can't install Ndless. I might make another video one day on Gameboy emulation on the Nspire, because that's pretty cool. I have games like Mario Kart Super Circuit and Pokémon Emerald version on my calculator.
Go into settings, status and then look at the operating system that you're on in the top right. Then pick the Ndless version that has the same operating system as your calculator. If you have further issues please let me know what OS you've got on your TI-Nspire.
@@G-C-G i have solved the issue i have a cx ii t and this one isnt supported with the link software only with the student software. Still got ndless pdf working tho
@@renvoorjeleven Great! Also, if you're using a trial version of the student software, when that runs out you can actually use the teacher software which has a free trial that lasts 90 days.
i cannot find a way for it work as any of the installers will crash my calculator and wont let me do anything until the calculator powers off and on again. Anyone know why this is happening?
I hate when it says “Ndless installed” and it’s stuck there and when my teacher takes my calculator to check she’ll see that ndless games are installed and get me suspended so I don’t know if I should download this
Update your OS to 4.5.48 and then install Ndless for that OS (if you’re on CX). This should make it so the green Ndless message only shows up the very first time that you install it.
@@numberonemathlete3038 I just figured it out bro. Basically the actual Ndless folder you make cannot be inside of another folder. It must be its own separate folder. I'll respond to you if you have any questions! :)
it doesnt work, instead showing the green 'ndless is now installed' thingy it opens a same named document without anything in it :( helpp aah fixed it, i named the folder with the three tns. things 'Ndless Programme', it had to be called 'ndless' :]

I was wondering if this would work on the CX II instead of the CX.
Ndless is available on the CX II, but not for every OS.

thx buddy!
No problem!

Do you have any Lua programs on your calculator? This is a very unique issue but I shall try to help you as much as I can.
@@G-C-G I have the same issue, did you figure out anything yet?
It's because your OS is too new. There is no way around this other than to wait for a new version of Ndless.
Every time I try to install it, it says I'm missing the resource file even though it's in the same folder. How can I fix this?
Did you put the files into the correct directory and does the OS version match? If so press the reset button and try again. Hopefully this helps you.

hey, i was wondering if it is actually possible yo install a “CAS” software on my TI-Nspire CX II-T
I'm certain that it is possible with the regular CX II, but I don't know about the CX II-T. It'll probably work though.
