I've owned one of these for years and couldn't shoot without an external rangefinder attached to the hotshoe. It is wonderfully simple to use and when used with XP2 can create some lovely images. May I ask what external rangefinder do you use? I recently bought a Canon Demi EE17 but am finding scale focusing to be quite tricky. Would an external rangefinder help with this?
@@hauntingpuns The one I'm currently using is a Watameter Rangefinder, you'll probably find them in the vintage photography section of ebay for around £30, it's in feet and inches which may not be to everyones taste, but they're nice and simple and might come with a leather case if you're lucky :D

Great video! Your videos are always so peaceful and nice! The Lens fogging didn't bother me too much. It might be cool to keep that camera around for when you want to make some dreamy looking photos!

I must say I really like the lens fogging! Don't say fogging, say 'built-in' diffusion filter :) Great video! Also, did you scan using NLP? Sometimes I think it turns photos teal & orange by default and that's why they look so awesome.

La revisión de libros está buena, en estos 2 últimos años (que han pasado rápidos y extraños por acá en chile, estallido social, pandemia...) los libros han sido un buen refugio al cual "escapar" de la contingencia -que se torna pesada a ratos. It could be argued that 50 ASA Velvia with everything covered in snow is the absolute worst possible showcase conceivable, but you could always try shooting a roll inside a coal mine I guess

No, it’s a “guesstimate the distance” kind of camera. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be using a rangefinder.
