We are at Carolina Country Homes in Lancaster, South Carolina. This model home is called Tryon. it is a 2,260 Square Feet, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Multi-Section Modular home.

I saw this exact same style of house, but the one that I saw is called "Cypress Manor" the only difference between the two is where the utility room is located. In "Cypress Manor" the utility room is on the opposite side of the kitchen & it has an extra big storage closet in the back of it, other than that both houses are pretty much the same. I love both houses, both are my first choice in a house, but I think I would go with the "Cypress Manor" model first if not "Cypress Manor" or "The Tyron" if neither of them my next option will be The Rocketeer 4707 these are my top three houses I want to get, so ready to leave NY!!! Best Floorplan! 🏠 I would only make small changes... Foyer I would add Coat Closet! Living Room I would add French Doors into Archways to the Kitchen, Dinning, and Den. I would add Entertainment Center w Bookcases to Living Room. I would add 2x4 Walls and Open Archs to Kitchen and Dinning Room. French Doors into the Entertainment Den for Noice. 📺 Master Closet 🚾 for Master Bedroom. Separate Cave Man Closet for Master Bedroom.

It's a beautiful home. I'm not a fan of the sliding glass doors & I'd have a gas stove in the kitchen. Not a fan of the tub in the master bedroom; also the living room & kitchen is kinda separate which is nice. The other bedrooms needs bigger closets.
