When I do this technique I remove the lash strip from the case normally and apply it to my lash palette upside down, with tips of lashes facing towards me, then I grab them with my tweezers normally. Hope that makes sense and is helpful

For her bottom lashes I didn’t have to isolate as much because they were very uniformed and thin, so I was able to just pop them on each natural lash easily. Bottom lashes are usually so thin and a bit more spaced out than upper lashes, so isolation doesn’t take much work. Not the case for everyone tho! There’s some curly bottoms that take more effort to do.
