HDFC offers to open account online, I have opened one as my office has switched salary account. This is such a pain I say, account opened easily and Online KYC successfully done on 29th July 2020. 4th July I received a message that KYC is rejected, No reason given, Finally they have asked me to visit branch, I had been twice and submitted physically my biometrics, photo & application. Now they say as this is online KYC, they can not do it from there. Where do I go now, online KYC is not visible now any where at the website also. This is pure misleading.

I don't understand what's the use of adding a beneficiary here. Why not make it easier from the mobile app itself? Like that of SBI and ICICI?
SBI has also one instant method of transferring money without adding beneficiary. It just needs account number and IFSC code using IMPS.
