I AM BUILDING A TOILET AND BATHROOM IN MY WOODEN CABIN.
I started building a sanitary system in the cabin, everything was planned, but I'm just an untrained farmer and everything I did was just okay. Quite a few people said my floor surface was very good. It's dirty, but it's only a temporary wooden floor because there's still a lot of work inside the cabin, so I'm not ready to make the floor nice and clean.

Since you are slowly making the changes on your cabin, it is nice if you you do concreting of the entire floor area to make it neat and clean in appearance. Later on fo the outside wall by painting with waterproof paint do it will withdstand changing weather in your area.

the tiles go UNDER the toilet. The toilet does NOT get cemented to the floor.. But it's yours so you do what you want.

Why not finish the tiling on the floor and then put the toilet in? No need to cut tiles.
