Beautiful ring 😍 Your video deserves more attention! Hope to see more in the future 👍🏻
Thank you
Very nice Video - step by step for good learning
Thank you very much
Very nice finished product
For a piece of the same size I use a cylinder that is just 1.25" x 2.18" and it has worked excellent for me. less time in the oven (approx. 1½hr) and much less plaster.
Thank you for your advice. I'll try that next time.
Hi kelvin
WOW!! Amazing work!
Thank you
Beautiful setting job
Can you tell me about your polishing machine?
Nice!! Do you have to scale the ring at all in the 3D CAD model? Wondering if 14ct white gold shrinks when doing the casting.
I did not scale it, my casting never shrank, but got expanded a few times.
Amazing work my brother please make more videos :)
I really want to cast an engagement ring and i have some questions about the process, is there any way i can message you?
Yes. There is a link to my facebook in the description. You can message me through it
Can I know what's your micro motor brand pls
It is foredom sr motor with quick change handpiece
@@Bi_Nhan thank you bro , can you give me a link
palladium white gold ? nice
No it wasnt.
The 3d printer software is ZBrush and Blender?
Best video
Love your kiln, where did you buy it ?
Thank you. I cant quite remember, either Rio or Stull
NHAN THE BEST!!!
What resin do you use and what print setting for the printer?
I used Power Burn resin in this video and the setting from the resin website.
Ohh man I use cautery pens too, the ones I use have gold connecting the batteries lol
Hello,I see on the picture of the video that you had a failed cast . I have similar issue . Can you list there what you changed to have good result please it would really help me . Thank you and Nice video
My flask casting temperature was too high, then I changed it to 1000f. There are a lot of reasons that can cause it to fail. Let me know if I can help
Is there a way to contact you to talk in private . I just started my casting project and i have some question please . Thanks for your answer
You can connect with me on facebook at the link provided in the description above.
How do you pass from 5:10 to 5:16? (before the magnetic chamer)
I cut off the sprue and filed the extra metal at the bottom shank.
Кольцо по итогу получилось хорошее. Но литьё с большим браком. Я бы даже не стал с ним возиться. Клиент который платит хорошую сумму за данную модель (при том если ещё с бриллиантами) заслуживает достойного качества от начала до конца.
hola que tipo de resina usas?
Muito bom.....Parabéns!
perfect
what tools do you uses
Great video , questions whats the resin brand ))))
Thanks. Its Powerresin/burn.
Why not use a stainless steel whisk to mix the plaster instead of your hand?
When u cast 14k yellow whatbos your preffered flask temp same 1000f as the nickel whitegold?
There is a video in my channel that I casted a 14k YG bracelet, casting temp was 945f.
Thanks I'm getting ready to load a flask thanks brotha
@Bi_Nhan I think I cast before the inside diameter of flask was settled at 945.f in other words the flask was much hotter than the desired 945 I should have waited a bit longer for inner flask to match oven temp. I use the centrifugal casting aka spin casting. Same flask temp as vacuum? Just triple checking I am loading up another flask and trying to get a perfect cast
@@grillzbytroy8870 I leave the flask in an oven at the casting temp for at least 1 hour. I have never used centrifugal casting so im not sure, but i guess it should be the same.
@Bi_Nhan thanks again brother. Much 👏 appreciated from California
Nice project! You cast and set all alone?
Yes, thank you
@@Bi_Nhan What resin do you use?
I used Powerresin/Burn
@@Bi_Nhan did you use powerresin burn on the failed print as well ? Also what do you think went wrong with the first casting Investment powder ratio or resin not completely cured
Aaron Tucker : I used powerresin for both. I failed at first because I set the casting temperature too high , almost double of what it supposed to be
What CAD program did you use ?
It's matrix.
this resin doesnt need post cure ?
I'm not sure if it does but I did not cure it, I just soaked it with denatured alcohol right after the print gets done
What metal is this? Do you mind telling us your burnout settings and metal temperature?
Bro got the dab charger sitting out
Wish you a wax printer you deserve more good things
Thank you. I appreciate it very much.
@@Bi_Nhan what do you think about the nsk motor instead of foredom
@@Bi_Nhan this one th-cam.com/video/WtGZOGJLgTg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=tx6YeRvlmeTJAKLY
@@kvri-beats I think that is a good idea. NSK is the best
