The only problem with that I would imagine is that it dosent look secure enough for doing something like the choreo in Hamilton for ensemble

You could use any of our omni lavs from the 4000 or 6000 series.

It is a lavalier mic. In this case a 4060, but we now also have an even smaller lav mic - the 6060. :-)
